New go to buds

I like the fact that I can be aware of other people in the room and converse yet listen to my interests at the time like news,music,live tv etc. great for driving an easy to connect to all devices. I still have my favorite over the ear for those times but these are GREAT.

Battery died after 3 hours

The product description indicate "10 hour battery life" but, in actual usage, the battery died after 3 hours of use. Otherwise the headphones worked great. They were comfortable to wear and easy to use. I bought them to wear on the golf course and for photo hikes. But they don't last a full round of golf

DO NOT BUY

I like the concept of not having anything in your ears. I don't like that after only a few noncosecutive days of wearing them for up to five hours they irritate my frontal ear. Also, I had to use ear plugs in order to hear with them on the airplane, on the harbor, in the gym. DO NOT purchase these. YOU will be sorry. I purchased for a trip in July and have not worn them since....

We highly recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to Sam's Club Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

Openrun Pro 2 brought music back

I've got hearing loss in both ears but particularly the right ear. . . about 40% hearing left. The OpenRun Pro 2 provide clearer music in both ears but most notably to my right ear. I am again hearing almost in stereo! This is such a relief because even the best earbuds sounded more like mono. I love listening to music so my right ear hearing loss has been especially tough. Can't thank Shokz enough for such an amazing product which for me is a solution.
