The sound is surprisingly crisp and the volume is quite sufficient. My only suggestion I have is that that future models have a greater range of sound customization beyond “music” and “speech”.

I now ask myself why did I wait so long. As a runner I got tired of the in the ear ear buds. Shozs were on sale and I had heard that they were great. I took a chance and bought it. Total game changer. The battery life is added bouns.

The special charging cord? Nobody wants to carry more chords! If you lose it break it or forget it you’re out of luck using your device please change in the next version.

overall sound quality is pretty good considering they're not in my ears. durability seems great have used them for the last 2 months without really any issue. The multifunction play pause forward back button is a little annoying but I understand the space-saving.

Most of the time i forget i'm wearing them, they are comfortable and easy to use. The only issue i have is when i doze off, in my chair, the wrap around hits. . . . . 🤷‍♂️no biggie. battery life is great,,,most of the tme i will use them several days without having to charge,

I have had the aftershocks air and aftershocks aeropex. And now I have the open run pearls which are supposedly two generation, newer phone conducting better bass longer life longer battery everything. But to be honest, I don’t find that much difference between these Open Run pro and the aeropex especially at first. Out of the box I was really disappointed, now they’ve had time to loosen up some they do sound better but $80 better?

I’ve used these a ton over the last few weeks and they only died once which was after I forgot to charge them and did a 5 hour bike ride. They made it almost all the way. Very comfortable and light weight. Honestly feels like wearing a pair of sunglasses. Easy to connect and button layout is pretty intuitive. Which brings me to the thing I’m most disappointed by. When I listen to music I can almost always here with the exception of going down hill fast on my bike however if I am on a voice call or listening to an audiobook it’s super hard to hear and passing cars when I’m running are enough to make me miss stuff. Overall they are great just a real bummer about the audiobooks

I love these headphones. The earbud type (wired and wireless) never seem to fit my ear right. These sound great. As they transmit sound through the bone in front of the ear, they are not bothered by slight changes in positioning. There is also very little leakage of sound to others around you. You can hear outside sounds unobstructed while wearing them. This makes them perfect for walking/running around traffic or other occasions when you need to be alert. It is a disadvantage for noisy settings, such as busy coffee shops (but I keep my old earplug-style earbuds for those situations). The battery is very long lasting, and there is an audio cue that provides you with the general state of the power as you use them (high, medium, low, "please charge me").

These 'headphones' are wonderful. I can connect easily to both my phone & laptop, pause anytime, garden while I listen to music, ride my bike and still hear my husband asking, "where are you going?" lol We can even converse while biking as long as we call each other and leave the line open. I do wish I could back up a book to a previous chapter for example on the Shokz, and they aren't comfortable to wear all day long, but not terrible. I just shift them a bit when needed.

I've got hearing loss in both ears but particularly the right ear. . . about 40% hearing left. The OpenRun Pro 2 provide clearer music in both ears but most notably to my right ear. I am again hearing almost in stereo! This is such a relief because even the best earbuds sounded more like mono. I love listening to music so my right ear hearing loss has been especially tough. Can't thank Shokz enough for such an amazing product which for me is a solution.
