A huge step up to the flimsy skinny mechanical pencils that I used to use. This one will most likely not break as easily. Perfect for office work, jotting things down at home/on the go and even better for your school kids. The writing process is also smooth and looks great.

This pencil writes well enough, but I thought the way it advanced lead wasn't the best. I probably won't buy more, but that's more to do with how infrequently I use them. I also prefer a smaller point size for pencils.

Before trying this, I had a favorite pencil that I used, but this has replaced it. The lead didn't break as frequently and the pencil is very comfortable to write with. I've already purchased more so I can have them in all of the places I use a pencil.

But these new break-resistant mechanical pencil.....I love them even more. If you haven't tried and you are a writer don't wait run and get some.

I am amazed how far led pencils have came and not one time my led has broke.You sure have a miracle worker
