Very well designed, good looking pencil. I like that it has a clip on it for attaching to shirts, pockets, notebooks, etc. The eraser is also nice and it erases clean away. There is a grip down at the bottom to aid in holding the pencil steady. Good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love it! So easy to write with it when I don't have to worry overmuch about the lead breaking too easy! I will say that I wasn't to fond of the eraser. When I tried pulling the eraser up, it keeps pulling completely off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean its a mechanical pencil, what more is there to say? It writes well and does have a very nice grip. I do love the twistable eraser since most mechanical pencils come with your standard tiny chunk, this one will definitely last a while.

Usually the lead was so tiny that it cut the paper when used or makes my handwriting look even worse and the eraser was impossible to get out and replace. These Paper Mate pencils are very comfortable, the lead is the perfect size, and the best part is that the erasers are long and can be twisted up as they are are being used up! Lead and erasers are easy to replace. Excellent engineering! Please keep making these good improvements!!! Your fellow collage student

Before trying this, I had a favorite pencil that I used, but this has replaced it. The lead didn't break as frequently and the pencil is very comfortable to write with. I've already purchased more so I can have them in all of the places I use a pencil.

I write diagonally so that my lead has a sharp "needle-like" look and feel to it. I like the thickness of the pencil, its not too fat and not too thin. The color is simple and the pencil glides very well on paper. I would purchase this product when it is on sale and when i need to restock on school supplies

This pencil was comfortable to use and did the lead not constantly break! I would recommend buying if you use mechanical pencils for work or drawling these are a game changer!

To my surprise they did, gone is the days of constant clicking down more lead to finish writing a sentence! My son also now prefers this brand and style.
