What a great find at Sam's Club! This seasoning gives the "chef" the ability to bring a restaurant flavor to our home without breaking the bank. It has a unique blend of smoky, sweet, and citrus flavors to multiple dishes. It is GREAT on salmon! I went from the only one in my household eating salmon to now my entire family is enjoying.

I saw this last week at Sam's Club and decided to give it a try. I prepared it on baked salmon and the flavor was incredible! Perfect blend of smoky and sweet and my family loved it. What I love about this item is it makes me feel like I had cedar plank salmon without the mess and clean up. My whole family loved it. Great pick!
