This spice replaces the Salmon Smokey Cedar spice, which McCormick stopped labeling. It has the same ingredients and tastes the same. Makes sense that they didn't want to limit its usage.

What a great find at Sam's Club! This seasoning gives the "chef" the ability to bring a restaurant flavor to our home without breaking the bank. It has a unique blend of smoky, sweet, and citrus flavors to multiple dishes. It is GREAT on salmon! I went from the only one in my household eating salmon to now my entire family is enjoying.

We love this seasoning, sad it is not available at Sam's rn. Taste so good on smoked cream cheese

This seasoning was great on Salmon and broccoli. I have not tried it on anything else.

The smoky cedar adds depth, making it a unique addition to my spice collection. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the salt content—it’s a bit on the higher side. A little goes a long way, so use it sparingly for the best balance of flavors!

excellent flavor combination

I'm a flavor seasoning fanatic. From truffle sea salt to lemon salt I will buy anything flavor seasoning I can get my hands on. I nearly swallowed my tongue when I saw McCormick's had come out with a citrus seasoning. Citrus is one of my all time favorite flavors and I love salmon so I thought I was getting the best of both worlds until I decided to fry my salmon in butter with this seasoning...Talk about disappointment city!! I was so disappointed because it didn't have no citrus flavor at all! Next time I will bake the salmon and put this season on it and see if the taste is different. For now I'm not a fan. I'm glad I didn't buy two of these. Bring back the honey garlic from Tone's seasoning please!!!
