I spoke to Ms. Rocha and she helped me right away. She walked me through where to find my hull number and product number This is my first kayak and I'm glad I went with Lifetime. I lost my kayak seat and Ms. Rocha helped me replace it.

I flipped my Yukon kayak and lost my seat. The seat was so comfortable I wanted to replace it with an original seat. I called customer service and they hooked me up

Really stable, but very poor manufacturing of this kayak. I bought two of these and both arrived very damaged and with loose screws. I don’t think I would recommend especially because of the price.

Great product so far, when I purchased, scag wheel was broken. Contacted customer service to see if I could purchase the part, they sent me a replacement part with out asking and within minutes of my inital request. 5 Stars to customer service.

I was having trouble finding parts and finally called the 800 number. They answered quickly and help me identify parts needed and had them ordered before we hung up. Thank you so much. I wish I would have called before trying to find them myself

I purchased the Yukon Angler months ago and had a small issue with a part. I phone Lifetime and spoke with Woodley. Woodley understood my concerns and arranged to have the replacment part shipped to me right away. I'm a big fan!

Had an issue with the skeg wheel so I contacted customer service to see if I could order a new one and they sent out all involved parts at no cost to me, no questions asked!

Customer service is great and professional Needed a replacement part and was taken care of and was covered under warranty. This is how all companies should conduct business ! THANKS SO MUCH

I recently had my kayak seat blow out while driving and couldn’t find it, I called lifetime and they sent me a new one for free!! Extremely impressed with the customer service, highly recommend them!

The kayaks we purchased are excellent! Customer service is even better. I can recommend these as comfortable and very stable. We use ours on a lake and they move nicely through the water.
