I am very happy with the Kayak but I am more happy with the customer service I got when a part on my Kayak broke. I contacted customer service and they replaced the part with no issue. Best customer service

Great kayak for a first timer but could use a small hatch Somewhere in the back part of the unit for more access to the back half. The larger hatch in the front isn’t very accessible for the rear. But other then that it is very smooth on the water

Really stable, but very poor manufacturing of this kayak. I bought two of these and both arrived very damaged and with loose screws. I don’t think I would recommend especially because of the price.

Had an issue with the skeg wheel so I contacted customer service to see if I could order a new one and they sent out all involved parts at no cost to me, no questions asked!

Second day seat clip broke and the other side a strap tore. Called the 1-800 number trying to get replacement canvas, and instead they are sending an entire new seat.

I was having trouble finding parts and finally called the 800 number. They answered quickly and help me identify parts needed and had them ordered before we hung up. Thank you so much. I wish I would have called before trying to find them myself

Bought this 1 year ago for river kayaking, love how stable it is. My wife tows it upriver with pontoon boat. I can get on without tipping mid river and head home with current. At my age of 75 a stable kayak is important.

Recently acquire my first kayak. Did not received it complete. Contacted customer service. Ian helped my with my claim. He was friendly and courteous. Helped me to resolve my issue. Hassle free.

Since getting it very pleased with stability and designed to let water out. This is the best kayak I have bought to date. Lost seat in trying to get to my pontoon during high waters on the river. Many thanks for replacing the loss.

Dealt with sales rep Justin, he was able to hook me up with a replacement seat for my kayak due to seams ripping. He was very professional I just love being able to talk to a human vs pushing a ton of prompts.. thanks lifetime
