I bought this kayak this spring. Have been out in it a dozen times, still yet to flip it. I've had a couple small issues arise. The seats stitching unraveled, but I'm a big guy. The skeg wheel also was damaged. Both were under warranty and quickly shipped to me.

Called to let them know that my Certificate was ruined and Jonathan (if I have misspelled your name, my apologies) he took down the information needed and said he would get one out in the mail ASAP. Answered my questions about scupper plug etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Pleasure to work with. Thanks!

My neighbor owns this kayak, so I was able to try before I buy. I did not hesitate to purchase two of my own. This kayak is comfortable, stable and tracks very well. I had one problem that was caused by my own error. Lifetime customer service went above and beyond my expectations to make me a happy customer. Highly recommended!

Just received my Yukon Angler and right out of the wrapping, I'm a little disappointed. NONE of the scuppers are bored. I will have to get someone who has the tools to take care of those. The Kayak has all manner of scrape and scratch on the bottom, a few questionable spots but nothing that should leak water. Did NOT include Scupper plugs. Skeg was not attached and there were no instructions for proper mouting included with the Kayak. I was able to find a YouTube video, by Lifetime, on how to put some things together. I hope my on-water experience is a little more satisfying. For the money this boat costs, you'd imagine that it would have been in a little better condition. Other than that, it seems sturdy and comfortable. I was able to set my foot position and seat up.

I bought this a couple years ago and have really enjoyed it. Loaned it out to a friend who loaned it to a friend who then tipped it over and lost the seat in a river. I called Lifetime and they helped me get a replacement seat. Great product... Great Service.

Just received the kayak today and upon inspection their are a few scratches and dings but not concerning. Looks well built and the colors are cool.

I was having trouble finding parts and finally called the 800 number. They answered quickly and help me identify parts needed and had them ordered before we hung up. Thank you so much. I wish I would have called before trying to find them myself

Dealt with sales rep Justin, he was able to hook me up with a replacement seat for my kayak due to seams ripping. He was very professional I just love being able to talk to a human vs pushing a ton of prompts.. thanks lifetime

Had an issue with the skeg wheel so I contacted customer service to see if I could order a new one and they sent out all involved parts at no cost to me, no questions asked!
