Durable and fairly waterproof, no little rubber bits to lose or places to collect sweat and get crusty. I spray a little 70% IPA on a paper towel and wipe them off after a workout. The fact that they work through bone conduction and let you hear the environment is nice, sounds as good as traditional earbuds. Single best feature is that the earbuds are physically connected by the headband, much better solution than other brands that try to use bluetooth pairing between the earbuds that always fails. I have conch piercings that are not bothered, glasses are fine too. Tragus piercing may be a deal breaker due to how these sit in front of the ear.

I love your product and I love the sound quality I love the water resistance and the dirt resistance I love the bass and every feature it comes with. I got the pro but my only concern is that the pro does not come in the Mini size so mine doesn't fit my head other than that it is the best headset I've ever gotten

I was searching for new headphones previously and landed on the shokz open run per recommendation from a friend. My first pair met its demise due to a doggie issue and I had to get a new pair. I splurged on this one and got the open run pro mini since I wanted the smaller band and wanted to see if they were better. These headphones let me run and hear what's around me. They don't fall off and I don't have issues leaving them on my ears or around my neck if I'm not listening to them. The Pros have a nice hard case which protects them when tossed into my bag and has the storage for the charging cable. With phone calls the pros seem to work better than the regular and people on the other side don't have any echo issues.

I bought the open run but not happy with the quality of no bass. So I spent the extra money to buy the pro. It stated it had new bass technology but after trying it, found there was almost no difference. It is good quality for podcasts, but not for music

Awesome sound without the speaker protruding out of side. They are super comfortable on my ears for 8 hours while driving a semi truck all over the U.S. Plus it has great sounding base with great quality of all around sound and holds a long battery charge before you need to recharge to use again. So happy I will be purchasing a newer version whenever they come out with one!?

SHokz are great I wear them every waking moment. But these pros do not turn up as loud as last year’s model of aftershokz. When i walk by a hiway i can’t hear my book even though the volume is at its highest. I have to plug my ears to hear. I wish it was easier to rewind parts of my book I miss when the traffic sounds overwhelms the volume. Almost impossible to press the button 3 times instead of 2 wihch fast forwards it.

We have purchased many sets of Shokz open ear concept type devices. We enjoy the way everything sounds, when you are talking on the phone or even listening to your tunes everything is very clear. We have been enjoying the different colors. If you wonder about how long it takes to get your new device,their shipping department gets them right out to you. Many times in less than 48 hours. We have purchased at least 4 of the different versions of the Shokz, including The OpenMove, OpenRun, and the OpenRun Pro. This time we also purchased the OpenRun Pro in the Mini. They all sound Great with the OpenRun Pro being the very best. They really do last for the states 10 hours. Sometimes my husband doesn’t need to charge them for a couple of days. We understand they are coming up with something new soon and cannot wait to hear what that will be My husband wears hearing aids so is still able to wear them along with these, he can now talk on his cell phone and understand what is being said much better because of the bone conduction. We will be buying and promoting Shokz for a long time to come. Thank you for making such a great product

Not bad, but not as much better than the Aeropex as I thought they would be. Definitely not high fidelity, BUT they are awesome for being able to hear what's going on around you while wearing them. They are also so incredibly comfortable that I forgot I have them on. I pretty much wear them all day, and the battery lasts all day.

This is my second pair of Shokz, sort of. I had a pair of Aftershokz Aeropex the were replaced twice under warranty, so this is really my forth pair. My Aeropex developed a rattle on one side and Shokz offered me a nice coupon since I was out of warranty so I upgraded to these. I like bone conduction headphones for certain activities and Shokz has more or less cornered the market. Hopefully the issues that I had with my Aeropex have been resolved and these will last a long time.

My first bought the cheaper set. They lasted about a year and a half. Unfortunately I did not keep the warranty card and could not get them replaced even though I bought directly from the website. I then ordered the open run and now there is a horrible Echo every time I turn the volume all the way up. Also, the microphone does not work as well.
