Love it. Had one for four years. Just got a new one and it is better. Has more upgrades. Like the new charging cable too. Use it biking and feel safer as I listen to tines. Son and I used it in the ElTour bike race this week. I am 80 and we road the 102 mile event.

Not expected too much but was pretty impressed. Very comfortable, Easy enough to use and operate. Sometimes wish it be a bit more powerful but I can't expect same level of sound as from fully closed full headphones. As a small drawback is on higher volume I feel the drivers and it is not very nice feel - so I have to reduce volume and don't really hear music at that stage.

People often mistake my beige Shokz for hearing aids. They either assume I have a hearing disability and speak to me like I do, or they ask are you wearing hearings aids? I don’t like feeling like I’m an imposter of a disability. Definitely don’t recommend the beige color. I wish I could trade them. The sound quality is great and comfort is great but I hate wearing them because of the comments I get since they look like hearing aids.

This device is the BEST I’ve ever had for a Bluetooth earpiece. Because it’s balanced around the back of the head, there’s not so much pressure on the ears, and especially inside the ears. I feel like I can still listen and be alert to my surroundings, yet able to hear my music, audiobooks, podcast, whatever I’m listening to; and with a simple push of a button, change over to a phone conversation and listen and talk just fine. I love this thing!

When compared to my beats or AirPods, the system interface really pales in comparison. It’s clunky, and I miss the ability to switch between my devices. Along with that, it seems like I need to be on volume 15/20 to actually hear whatever I’m playing, especially if it’s not music. Music sounds great, but it doesn’t work as well for podcasts or audiobooks. Other people can hear a bit of the audio as well.

I've had these for several months at this point, and struggle with getting them off my head sometimes because they become tangled in my hair. If you have hair that is too short for a pony tail, but just long enough to be near your ears, beware! I regularly wear my hair in a pony tail just to be able to take these on and off without snagging my hair on the little seam between the bone conduction ear pieces and the little loop that goes above your ear. These are sadly weak, and have only gotten weaker as time had passed. They're still the best bone conduction ones I've found so far.

Battery life is not ten hours the only headset I have that even last an extended period time is my treks that older. I really like them but they are a little big. I wear them a lot though. Anyway I have tried a lot of models and sent my reviews with no response. I like aftershokz/ shokz but I'm getting frustrated about the battery life. The newest pair I have the battery only lasted a few hours. I tried a different company with the same ear concept. I dont like them they claim long battery life too. Not true. My suggestion for Shokz is to work on real extended battery life and offering colors for all the models along with the different size choices. Karen M

These headphones fit great, even when I'm running or being particularly active. When I'm in a location where there is a lot of ambient noise (wind/traffic/etc), wearing something like a headband over top can help with clarity and volume. And the level of comfort is great! I hardly know I'm wearing them except that I have a steady soundtrack in my ears.

I drive truck I rely on my being able to communicate all the time on the phone relaxing with music. I have profound hearing it's hard for me to find microphones that I can actually hear people on when I talk on the phone. I have no problem with these these are the most amazing products I have ever come across. My Christmas gifts now are open run Pro everyone that I have purchased them for love them they love the battery life the comfort I can actually get out of my truck and walk all the way back to the back of my trailer 53-ft trailer and still pick up the signal that I need. If I need a little more sound I put a small ear plug in my ear and it actually magnifies it by 100%. I would suggest that you try these you'll be amazed on the comfort and how easy they are to use the battery life is amazing you will not be disappointed with the sound the acoustics I listen to music all the time. This headset is amazing, and since buying my first set 6 months ago, I’ve bought 4 more of them as gifts for my family members. They all love this headset too. The sound is clear, the noise bleed is extremely minimal, and unless you’re an audiophile, the quality is great. They also solve a unique problem for me; I have hearing aids so I can’t wear ear buds, and for many other reasons I can’t wear over the ear headphones. Bone conduction technology allows me to have a suitable headset and be compatible with my hearing devices. The reason I say “almost perfect”, and such can’t give a full 5 stars, is the charger is a non standard plug. Shokz’s other head sets use usb, why can’t these? This is problematic for me in multiple ways; can’t share charger cords with all my other devices, have to spend more for the convenience of charging it at home, in my car, and at work (I travel a lot and its one more thing to worry about), the cord is pretty short, and finally, non standard cords mean more electronic waste in landfills. Not great. Please Shokz, change future versions to use standard cords!
