These are comfortable and the battery, easily, lasts all day. I forget that I am wearing them in most cases. The sound quality lacks the deeper bass tones, but are comparable to most inner ear type headphones. I would recommend them to anyone who needs something that they can be active in. The stay put without feeling tight. Great setup overall.

I received the OpenRun Pro headphones as a Christmas gift. The main motivations were bone conducting technology and having open ear, but not disturbing others. I tried them out around the office and at home. My co-workers and family could hear them when I had them both on and off my head while they were playing music at a reasonable volume. I would completely disagree with the FAQ that states others cannot hear your music. They DO NOT provide private listening experience. I thought they were defective, but other runners I know have mentioned the same issues.

I LOVE my Shokz OpenRun Pro! They allow me to listen to music while also having conversations with those around me!!! They also make me feel safer because I can hear cars and other noises that I need to hear during my activity. The battery life is excellent and sound is phenomenal. I have never had headphones that actually feel comfortable and stay in place. Love everything about these!

I have had various pairs of the open run. They are awesome and warranty depart is awesome too!! This new Open Run Pro, has a lot of things to address. The Bluetooth range needs to be addressed. I had my phone in my pants pocket and it was having issues. The microphone is awful. I have to tell so people can hear me. Also the volume buttons need an upgrade compared to other brand.

I have six pairs of bone conduction headphones. Three from Shokz: a set of Titaniums, a set of Aeropex, and now the Pro. I lost my left ear about four years ago and as a singer and musician, I was devastated. I love quality music, and the thought of never hearing stereo again was crushing. When I discovered bone conduction I was thrilled, but then quickly disappointed at the sound quality from the other brands I originally purchased. When I heard about your proprietary EQ I decided I had to try them. When I out my first set of Shokz on my head - I cried tears of joy. Now, as you have continued to update the technology, my experience has been wonderful. The Pros have taken a significant step forward. The new EQ is amazing, the new contact elements are much better than the cloth covered Aeropex “contact patch”. The magnetic charging connector is very convenient, especially in low light, where inserting a USB connector is difficult. Plus, if you forget they are plugged in, no damage when the connector gets pulled off. The construction quality and finish was great to begin with. Now I would rate it as exceptional. Your headphones have very literally returned to me a part of my life I thought was gone forever. Thank you. Thank You! THANK YOU!!!

I really don't like them. I have to choose them each time. Even with the app they don't just automatically turn on like my airpods. They are not loud enough and do not connect that well to my laptop either. I had hoped they would be a good replacement for airpods, which my doctor doesnt want me to use. They are not.

I have 2 pairs. Why because I always having to send one back to get repair. They being to rattle sound I unable to hear clearly. You to listen really closely to hear when it is connected or off. I have the boom mic and the jogging one. I do like the boom mic. For I can moved the mic up to mute. Again just fix the rattling. If you send it out for replacement it takes a while before they send out a another one. That why I have 2.

I had a pair before this and loved them so much. After 2 or so years… I broke them accidentally. Heartbroken, I ordered the latest and greatest. I use these a lot in my car while on commute. Sadly, I can’t hear my podcasts nearly as well as my old set. I’ve resorted to putting the earpiece directly in my ear (one ear at a time). I realize that using some earplugs might help…. That’s the next step. They are really nice, don’t get me wrong. I was just spoiled by my old pair.

I needed to find an alternative to in-ear buds. Friends and online reviews all match: good audio quality. good for ambiance (safety) noise like cars around. and so on. So I bought them I also liked the small size option. The problem I've found so far is that I need them to be placed right on my ears(of course, that's how they work) or I would have to put the volume all the way up to get the sound. I haven't figure out how to deal with long hair (over or under) and still get the best sound. The best fit, specially when running is wearing a beanie hat (all good since it's winter). The hat will keep the headphones close to my skull and in the right location. The dual connection didn't work very well with my computer and my phone, so I disabled that feature and I connect to a single device at a time.

They are very finicky about connecting to devices. Sometimes they connect automatically and sometimes you have to turn them off then on again to do it. There is only one button for pause, next track, and previous track. You have to press the button a certain amount of times for each. Paus/play is one and that is fine. But next track is two. If you press it too fast the second time it paused instead of next track. Previous track is three presses and I've never been able to get it to work. It just keeps doing next track. Sometimes I can feel the vibration of the device against my temples and other times not at all. It is not clear what causes this but I assume I'm not supposed to feel the vibration.
