The upgrade to the Openrun Pro is not substantial as I expected. Improvement is the sound quality, weight and comport. I was disappointed in the sound level seem to be lower and the battery life was not as much louder. I compete and wear Shokz daily. Possibly I am overusing which is leading to a average of 2 years and they stop functioning. This has not stopped me from a new purchase. 2020 my Openrun lasted 2 years. A warranty exchange a month before expiring. Stop working. 2022 same issue after the warranty. I upgraded to Openrun Pro only cause of the Black Friday Sale. I am not getting 10 hours of music and calls. Maybe if the volume is very very low.

I have a job where I have headphones in pretty much all day. I am around a lot of loud noises such as heavy equipment and high winds. I have been using Beats for about 6 years and I wanted to try Shocks. My hope was I would be able to listen to podcasts and books on tape without headphones blasting directly in my ears all day. I feel this was achieved. I have had my new shock headphones for about 2 weeks. The things I like is the sound is not directly in my ear and I can hear pretty well most the time. I use earplugs most the day which I also like as the noise level increases with earplugs in. What I do not like is the sounds quality is not that great it sounds muffled and somewhat distant. Some people have a difficult time hearing me on phone calls and after long use the headphones make my head ache. Overall I’d say the headphones are ok but I am a little disappointed for the sound quality at the price point and overall comfort. Hope this helps.

Comfortable fit and design even with glasses on, but they literally physically vibrate if I turn the volume up anywhere close to enough. The buzzing feeling against my face is very annoying. The sound quality for music is much less than I had hoped as well, though I did not expect the quality to be like normal headphones. I’m also not really convinced that this is any kind of actual bone conduction. There are two small speakers it appears on the device, and my family can hear sounds from the device I’m listening to if they’re sitting in a quiet room with me. I really really wanted to love the product, but they are just not for me, especially for the price.

and I absolutely LOVE mine! i was looking for new earbuds and it just so happened someone i knew was wearing a pair of Shokz. i asked about them, they let me try them on, and BOOM, i went home and ordered myself a pair. i am considering buying more as gifts but will wait until the holidays.

I have more than a few pair of wireless headphones and I can say these are the BEST I have ever owned or had the pleasure of wearing. I usually wear one of the buds in my ear because I like to hear things outside but always made me feel "off" but these are wonderful you can hear the music beautifully and still hear outside noises. it is really crazy but awesome! Highly recommend these to anyone and everyone!

I do love the Open Run Pro. There's is one thing that is off it is the sound or connectivity is that when listening to a podcast or music; it is like when there's a scratch on a record and the needle skips/hesitations there is a break in the music. I really like the magnetic connector for the charger cable. This is my third pair.

I can’t sat enough about my new OpenRun Pro, it is the best headphone I have ever purchased. They are better than I expected! From beginning to end, since the day I found out about them, I’ve been completely satisfied. I originally (by accident) chose the OpenMove, which by the way are awesome too but, the one I actually wanted was the OpenRun Pro for my needs. I was amazed by the company’s return process, very professional but I can't stop there… the quality & use of their products are impeccable, the packaging, delivery & customer service is top notch. What I love the most and, what drew me to wanting to try them for myself, was the genius way of the delivery of sound! As we get older (maturer/wiser) (*_*) … I work at preserving my hearing and I will say, that not having to put my headset directly into my ear's, with the open-air Shokz design is the best for sure! If you don’t believe me, consider trying Shokz headphones for yourself & I believe you will never want another brand after trying them! They have many styles to choose from, to fit your needs! 🤩

After using Shokz headphones for a few years, I am never buying another type of headphones ever again! You are able to be completely aware of your surroundings while still having good sound quality. You can comfortably wear them all day, both because they stay on very well (including during exercise, I wear them when I go on my bike) and because (for me) the battery can last multiple days on a single charge. They are incredibly light as well, adding to the effect that you're not wearing headphones at all when you're listening to something.

I recently purchased the OpenRun Pros to replace a similar model from AfterShokz that broke. I am disappointed so far. The sound quality is not high, and after about three uses the new headphones won’t charge. I like the idea, and really liked my old pair, but the new pair is a disappointment. I do like that the new pair comes with a travel case.

I had a pair of open move for a couple of years and was happy with them. When the battery stopped holding a charge I upgraded to the open run pro hoping for longer battery life. Unfortunately the sound just isn’t loud enough. If I’m using them in my car in the highway I need to put in earplugs to be able to hear my audio book.
