The sounds is great but the real highlight is the comfort. All day wear with no issues on my troll sized ears and jumbo head. The sound quality is better than expected from previous models. If you keep in mind the application of headphones like these, I'm sure you will be very satisfied.

I loved mine so much I gifted a pair to my significant. He loves them just as much! When we’re out on the ambulance we can still hear everything around us, they’re very user friendly, easy to pause what you’re listening to. Taking a phone call is super easy, I wear mine all the time. So much so that people assumed they were hearing aids. I’ve turned so many people onto these headphones. They’re definitely my favorite accessory I cannot leave the house without them.

I have owned about 4+ Open run Shokz. They all broke within 3 months. I just kept buying new ones because I really liked them. I now own a OpenRun Pro, and it has not broken yet. I use it every day. I hope that, It too does not break. if it does break soon I will buy another one to replace it.

First off- these are very very comfortable- extremely light weight and yet with good retention. The sound quality is good- with better than average bass response. All that being said, they are *quiet*- if you listen primarily to audiobooks or podcasts at low decibels, it will be difficult to make them out. This is a function of the form-factor- they are very much open ear for the sake of situational awareness. Just be aware that certain kinds of sound media will work better than others, especially in the presence of ambient noise. The more bass you have in the media, the clearer the sound will be. Battery life is good- lasting about 2 days of moderate use. Pleased so far- but will be following up based on lifetime use, namely: how long until the batteries start to lose charge? These do have a finite lifespan, with no way to replace the onboard lithiums with fresh ones. That is my other point of contention: these are disposable- they will not last and absolutely have a finite lifespan. I wish they would make ones with replaceable batteries, or have a program that lets you mail them in to get fresh ones installed. Making items that last is preferable to generating more ewaste for the landfills, but adds more complexity to design. Whether or not I purchase more pairs of these in the future will directly depend on longevity- these are very expensive premium products (purchased the ‘pro’ model) so expectations are likewise high.

Several years back I was working a job that required dispatched work and I had a hard time using in ear bluetooth on phone calls and getting service calls at the same time. After some searching I found shokz who basically said they had solved this problem. I nervously ordered a pair and was very pleased to find that I was able to talk on the phone and listen to music without blocking everything else out. I just received my 3rd pair and they're even better. I'm sure I will always have a pair of shokz as my main goto head phones.

I upgraded after my frame broke following over 2 years of near daily use to the Shokz OpenRun Pro, and it was worth the price for a noticeable improvement in clarity on calls, where I can generally be well understood on a call or meeting while riding my bike home. So easy to answer a call or finish my podcast while I walk in to work after my commute and I feel safer on my bike hearing road noise well the whole time. Great buy!

Writing review after 2 months. Office and quieter environments these are awesome. Purchased the Openrun Pro. If you are in a loud environment, mowing the yard, these are not for you. I use them driving, in the office, at home, listening to music, news, and phone calls. Everything works well. Physical buttons is the best feature. Long battery life is great as well. Comfortable and easy to wear and take off. They can connect to two different blue tooth devices at the same time. At the office they are connected to my computer and phone. Switches between the two devices fairly easy. Pause one wait a couple seconds, use the other. Almost perfect but still worth 5 stars.

This is my third Shokz device. I was turned on to them at the outset of the pandemic by a friend. With day long Zoom meetings comfort was a priority and I could not handle in-ear devices for so long. The bone conduction format was perfect and open-ear ability to hear you local environment is enjoyable. I often forget I have them on after hours of use. Highly recommend them!

Great headphones. Excellent sound quality despite being bone conduction. I use them when I ride my bike and do activities that require me to be aware of environment. Will always be a little less oomph compared to sealed in hear headphones but these sure come close to being just as good!!!

This marks the eighth pair I’ve purchased. I’ve been a happy user since I first tried them. Immediately I purchased one and then gave them as gifts to several others. I put them on first thing in the morning and feel naked without them if I’m out and about. I only wish you made a hearing aid version that I could give to my father.
