I’m so thankful I purchased the Roku Ultra I bought the Roku Stick also, The Roku stick had trouble connecting to my wifi and after reading I found out the Roku Ultra was hardwired capable became f where my Router location was too fare away. I then used the Roku Stick where my bedroom TV was located and wifi connected easy. Now I can watch RAV News without any problems. LGHDTV 8000 wouldn't allow it and now I can watch not just RAV but many other news and entertainment without the LAG time LG gave me. Thank you so much Roku.

I was surprised how great the ultra is. Not only is it convenient to use but it is fast and easy to use. The remote does some many things. From turning on your tv to contorting the sound, using ear plugs for private listing. I truly enjoy the convenience of this system.

We have 3 ten year old Samsung TVs. Two of them are early 4K models and one is a 1080. Upgrading our 4K Roku sticks to Roku Ultras has significantly improved sound and picture on all of them. The pictures look like 3 dimension dioramas. They are so good we cannot justify buying new TVs.

I love the Roku Ultra, but I’m not sure if mine might be defective. It does some really strange things. Sometimes it suddenly starts listening and talking on its own, and it even turns off everything connected to it. Another issue is that if I step away for a while, instead of just staying on the screensaver, it shuts everything down. Even if I’m in the middle of watching a program and have to leave the room, it eventually turns everything off. I’m not sure if this is a glitch, if I got a bad unit, or if it’s actually supposed to work this way. Either way, it’s pretty disconcerting.

The Roku Ultra transformed my older TV which is not 4K or a Smart TV into a modern day streaming TV. Everything about the Roku Ultra is excellent from an easy setup and operation to the remote. Nothing complicated, just excellent performance. Highly recommend!

I had a Roku streaming stick on a TV that worked slow since the WIFI is poor in that room. The Roku Ultra uses Ethernet, so I could plug it directly into my network. The faster internet speed and faster processor make this great for me. Just hope they continue supporting it if the company is purchased at some point.

have spent several weeks on the phone and chatting with them to fix my door belll that i order from them online. it does not record the events even when u press the door bell when u try to watch it, it only shows the still images. they have made me several times send them proof that its not working like me being on the phone isnt enough proof or the fact that i have sent so much stuff to them proving that its not working just to hear we will send this to the tech support ill then get an email saying its fixed, and it has not! its been almost 5 weeks of this. I should have stayed with ring!!!

Very good streaming player. I only thing I don't like about it is that must be only 60 hz refresh rate, because there is a lot of motion blur. I watch the same content on the TV'S Internet system, and have almost no motion blur. The TV has 144hz refresh rate.

Changed to the Roku Ultra from a Firestick due to constant buffering and command execution lag. What a difference! The Ultra makes the streaming experience much smoother and fast command response. I will be replacing my other Firesticks with the Ultra.
