For many years I wasted money on Charter Cable. The service was good and always dependable. However, the cost was eating us up. Along came ROKU. The picture is superior in all aspects. Like having a new TV! My wife and I are extremely happy with our ROKUs. We have 3 of them!!!

I love this device, it's quick to load, looks great and does my 4K well. I LOVE the voice remote that is USB C rechargeable. I've been very happy with this device. It was easy to set up (they all are) and my screen is crystal clear when using it. I can't find one thing to complain about. You should purchase this device.

The Roku Ultra is awesome. It has Dolby Vision which works very well with my LG OLED TV. The picture quality is very nice. The only drawback is the rechargeable remote. The battery life is not great. You have to recharge it about every week. The old remotes with batteries last months and doesn’t have to be replaced often.

I bought the Ultra to integrate my stereo system and TV. I don’t use the Roku remote, but a universal one that can turn on the Roku, TV and stereo system. It works very well. One feature I really appreciate is that I can pause and rewind live TV. Very good feature.

My new TV is not a Roku TV, but I wanted to still use my Roku Streaming devices. I had to buy a new Ultra Roku & love the updates to the remote. The remote is charged using a “C” charger & the remote now lights up. The remote is simple to use. Less is More Not too many buttons.

I have 4 ultras and a Roku soundbar, upgraded all my remotes to the rechargeable ones, and all work great. Except one thing...turning them off, doesn't really turn them off, so if I don't restart them, my movies/shows get glitchy. Restarting it fixes it. Clearly not a deal breaker, just annoying.

Awesome for my set up. Roku Ultra center of house HDMI to amplified HDMI splitter & then split to Livingroom tv, kitchen tv, master bedroom tv, and master bathroom tv. The Bluetooth remote is amazing. Can control from any room I’m watching. Audio is also synched to all TVs. Works like cable without the cost. Couldn’t have this set up without the Bluetooth remote

I upgraded my Roku Ultra from 2 models ago and saw a very nice improvement in picture quality. I do find it a bit slower at times in responding with the included remote( no batteries, yeaaa). Of course, I'm not sure if the recharge battery in the Roku can be swapped ,but im sure it will out last the usefulness of this Roku,maybe. It doesn't seem to be faster internet wise since Roku refuses to put a gigabit network connector. I get their reasoning that you won't stream faster than 100, but I would've like to see that change. I'm no fan of wifi if I can avoid it. I have enough things on my wifi network. The picture quality is worth the price of the new one . I'm quite impressed. The picture quality is as good as my 2 gen Apple 4k TV and almost as good as my Nvidia Shield Pro.... tv I'm using is a 77-inch Sony A95l and a lg C9 77 inch.

I was already using the 4K Stick I had bought 3 years ago. I asked a friend for the new backlighted remote for Xmas, and he ended up getting me the Ultra! It was pretty easy to switch over, and now I have 2 remotes to use with it. The only difference I have noticed is that the audio levels are a few dB lower on the Ultra, so I have to set the receiver volume higher than before. It also seems to run a bit faster, and some apps even don't need to reload if you return to the Home screen and re-launch the app.

The use of this new Roku Ultra will be great once I get my new TV. Right now when connected up it wants me to tie the old remote control with the new one. Not sure how thats supposed to work but will wait to connect it up from scratch once new TV is installed.
