It's been easy to navigate so far after dropping expensive cable. Still need to set up an outdoor antenna to get my local channels.

Recent issue with remote not resolved. Chat too slow. Speaking to someone would have been more efficient. My issue was never understood.

No, Roku was showing age. It was about nine years old so I decided to get a new one with more options and I did and it’s great.
