I have two role ultra devices and they have stopped working. They won't go past “Roku” screen after starting up. I have reset the devices, unplugged them for 30 seconds, restarted my TVs and devices, but no difference

We upgraded our ROKU to match the resolution of our new TV. It has been a great improvement. How we managed to set up the remote without ROCU 'S remote remains a mystery, but we did it!

I didn't grow up watching tv. I retired and discovered so much that I missed. I really enjoy steaming and watching foreign and American shows through all streams.

We've slowly been switching to Roku from Apple TV for a few years now. Finally, swapped the last Apple TV over to Roku. Very happy about that. Love the quality and variety of apps / shows / networks available on Roku!

We bought this to replace an older stick Roku. We wanted faster streaming and I'm super glad we bought the Ultra. I wasn't sure it would be worth the extra money and it was!

I have many Roku devices going back to 2018 and still functioning properly. The 2024 Roku Ultra is the current model. I'm noticing faster speeds, better connectivity (WiFi 6), and better picture quality.

I have an older Sony TV that has a very nice screen but few inputs and an oversized and awkward remote(s). Adding a Roku Ultra has given it a new life. The Roku remote is a single point of control, the backlite buttons are a nice bonus. The performance when scolling through and launching apps is snappy and quick. No need to recycle this TV just yet!

I have owned several smart TVs that had Roku built in as the operating system and became a big fan of its clear, simple and intuitive features compared to the typically cluttered, unintuitive systems that come with most TVs. I wanted to purchase an OLED TV and was unable to find one with Roku built in. After some research, I discovered that I could buy either a Roku stick or a Roku Ultra and use it in place of the TV operating system. After further research, I learned that the Ultra device is very competitive with the best add on systems in the market (like Apple TV and Firestick, etc.) and at a decent price for what you get. I particularly like the rechargeable and backlit remote. I also was careful to make sure the Ultra would work with all of top video systems like Dolby Vision since my new OLED TV is designed to provide a stunning picture. Bottom line, this device works just like the Roku operating systems native to my prior TVs and is working perfectly as a replacement operating system for my LG C4 OLED TV. The TV has a setting that enables the Roku to come on automatically when it is powered on. I recommend the Ultra for both Roku veterans who are looking to replace an operating system and newbies who are ready to try the best operating system on the market.

The Roku Ultra that I purchased has so many great features, including the speech remote control, I love how it has back-lit keys so you can see it in the dark, along with being able to control your TV with only one remote. Another thing that I thoroughly enjoyed about the remote, was that it had a function to play a noise to be found from anywhere when it is lost. It has extremely fast streaming speeds, and runs faster than any other streaming device I have ever used! The ability to charge the remote instead of having to use a bunch of batteries is amazing. Can't wait to buy another one for my room.

This purchase was my 3rd Roku Ultra so obviously I like it. Especially since the remote now has additional features since as volume control. My original one does not. The remote nearly eliminates the TV’s original remote and I enjoy that feature as well.
