Works great and is very fast at loading up the streaming services that I use most.

Been using Roku for years. We have the Roku Sticks in the bedrooms, but have this model in both living rooms. This model is the best and most reliable. No overheating, no freezing. I do recommend a high quality HDMI cord for best picture.

Roku Ultra really can't be beat for streaming. This is the 3rd one I've bought for home, for different tv's. I also bought one for a gift. We even use these on smart tv's - it's just easier and works better. I just can't say enough good things about Roku Ultra. One thing that would be nice though, would be to have a longer cable for charging the remote, or a wall charger for that.

Nothing works, and it is full of ads that cannot be removed. I have owned a Roku since the Roku 3. This new menu system is the worst yet. Everything is an ad, and nothing can be customized anymore. I might switch systems because this new menu system is so worthless. I no longer recommend Roku. Go back to the simple, easy-to-use menu system.

I added 2 Roku ultras to my home. The setup was fast and easy. I was given immediate access to numerous streaming apps. Within an hour, everything was set and working. I now have more viewing options than cable at a savings of 65% per month compared to my old cable subscription!

I bought the ultra a few weeks ago.LG TV was having horrible delays both loading shows and from the remote. Several times throughout each day I will get kicked off because when it tried to switch from a show to a commercial it just crashed. I used artificial intelligence to research and learned that the Roku ultra has a much more powerful whatever and that when I hooked it up to my TV, it would be my source and my tv just became a dumb monitor. Almost all the delays are gone. The only one that is still there is when I first turn the tv on…but loading shows is fast-almost instant. Commercials load seamlessly. It only crashed twice and I’ve had it whereas before I was having crashes multiple times a day. Set up was a breeze, one HDMI cord and a plug. And to boot, I now have the best remote I’ve ever had. It’s back lit and I don’t have to use the LG remote for anything. And I can’t prove it but the reception seems better. I am an official Roku fan girl.

Roku is my go-to on all my TVs. I bought the Ultra because I wanted the best features. All works as expected except for the remote. The buttons do not respond like my other Rokus. Very slow and often does not register the button press. Kinda difficult for someone like me who is constantly click thru videos. I like the rechargeable feature do I don’t have to replace batteries

It came out of the box in French.🙃🥺🤔 Thanks to the language translator and navigating through to the final set up then getting to the language change section That was a real pain. Now that it's in English everything works great Do you check the language before it goes out?
