I was on the toilet multiple times everyday I took this and not for normal solid waste. It was like if you ate greasy fast food and knew you were going to be in the toilet after type of waste. As soon as they were gone I went back to having normal stools. It took a few days for the loose stools to occur too.

However- when I do take supplements from this brand, I enjoy them and feel as though the quality is good and they absorb easy, due to the non-coating, gel-like capsule. I also like the fact they these don't have a bunch of unnecessary (yet still soooo common with many brand's very sadly) “fillers” in them. At this time however, I cannot say if they “work” or not OR, if they even make a difference because, I haven't been using this supplement long enough. I believe in truly trying all supplements & medications about 2-3 months before really realizing or feeling that they help. Nothing healthy works quickly, unfortunately! I “definitely” recommend the brand, as a whole!

I take phentermine prescribed by my doctor already and that definitely suppresses my appetite. But these probiotics seemed to help increase the weight loss quicker. I have lost 4 lbs since taken them. Due to injuries I am very limited to a lot of active exercises. I am seriously thinking of staying on them to keep helping me lose more weight.
