I love the YouTheory GLP-1 Support Probiotic because I notice same day results! Admittedly, I'm not on a GLP-1 however I am on a weightloss journey. I was on the toilet multiple times everyday I took this and not for normal solid waste. It was like if you ate greasy fast food and knew you were going to be in the toilet after type of waste. As soon as they were gone I went back to having normal stools. It took a few days for the loose stools to occur too.
