This product has helped improve my digestive health and It has helped me to not feel as nauseated throughout the day and improved digestive comfort. Also this probiotic has helped improve more regular bowel movements. And lastly this probiotic has helped regulate my appetite during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always enjoyed this brand of health supplements, when I use products from it, which hasn't been more than a few to date.but, I will continue to support this company for sure. However- when I do take supplements from this brand, I enjoy them and feel as though the quality is good and they absorb easy, due to the non-coating, gel-like capsule. I also like the fact they these don't have a bunch of unnecessary (yet still soooo common with many brand's very sadly) “fillers” in them. At this time however, I cannot say if they “work” or not OR, if they even make a difference because, I haven't been using this supplement long enough. I believe in truly trying all supplements & medications about 2-3 months before really realizing or feeling that they help. Nothing healthy works quickly, unfortunately! I “definitely” recommend the brand, as a whole!

It took a few days to kick in, but now I'm less bloated, more regular, and no longer nauseous. I only need to take one of these, unlike other probiotics. It comes very, very well sealed to maintain quality. Would buy again.
