However, a side effect has been intense burning in my stomach/esophagus after taking, especially if not eaten right before before or during food intake. Even if taken immediately after, the burning happens, and persists for a good hour or two. Would not recommend on an empty stomach.

It's doable but makes me feel bloated after taking it, which defeats the purpose of taking a probiotic. It might work for some but depending on the ingredients it might not work the best for you, but it might be worth a try.

I was on the toilet multiple times everyday I took this and not for normal solid waste. It was like if you ate greasy fast food and knew you were going to be in the toilet after type of waste. As soon as they were gone I went back to having normal stools. It took a few days for the loose stools to occur too.
