We just purchased this generator; however, assembly was quick and easy. The generator started right up with propane fuel and it appears this will be a great generator for our needs. We have not used the gasoline feature at this time but assume it will work just as well. Living in Florida, we purchased this in preparation for hurricane season as well as normal power outages that sometimes occur throughout the year.

Just purchased this generator on Black Friday and I will admit that I have no mechanical skills but I was able to following the instructions and assembled the product and add the lubricants and then start the motor without any issues. Ran a few devices off the generator power and everything went great. Again GREAT GENERATOR !!!

I bought this in December 2021. We often lose power in the winter snow and ice storms. I have no alternate source for heating except the furnace. Finally got the house all set up and fired up the generator and did a text run on the power. All worked great.

The generator was shipped in a timely manner. It was easy to assemble and started with no problem. Initial run indicates that the generator has sufficient power to run everything that I expect to in the event of a power outage. The only issue is that the generator arrived with a damaged recoil assembly. As a result, the manual pull start rope would not recoil properly. I contacted the service department, and they are shipping a new recoil assembly.

I went through the snow storm that hit Texas in Feb 2021 and would have loved to have had this generator on hand. Learned my lesson. This generator looks to have everything I need for the next storm. It's well-built with a push button electric start and 7500 running watts of power. Couldn't ask for more in a generator!

I purchased this generator online 12/21/23 it had a scheduled delivery date of 1/3/24, to my surprise it showed up on the 26th of December. Super easy to set up, had everything I need to do so. Once I filled all the necessary fluids in it, I started it manually with the pull cord and it fired right up on the first pull! It was easier than starting my lawn mower!! I am super happy and I will recommend this product/company to anyone who is in the market for a new generator for their house. I cant wait to get it hooked up to the house.

I bought this earlier this month to protect my family and home from another power outage. Great looking unit and well thought out with many features. The generator arrived in perfect condition. I quickly unboxed it to try it out. It took only two pulls for the engine to start. I later hooked up the battery to start it with the power start button and then used the remote option, both worked great. This WGen7500 should relieve any worries about us being left in dark after the next power outage.

Just received my generator today. Very easy to assemble wheels and front stand brackets. Hole spacing on one of the brackets was about 1/8" too far apart and couldn't get the second bolt in so I squeezed it slightly in my vice to get it assembled. Other than that it went together so easy. Nice that needed tools along with oil and oil funnel was supplied. Read the startup and maintenance manual, put gas in it and it started right up. Oh, didn't see any reference to connecting the battery wires in manual. Found out this was necessary before to start. Since I just got it today, anxious to see how it performs long-term.

I did a ton of research and narrowed it down to this unit. It arrived perfect. I read some units arrived damaged. Mine was perfect. Took 5-10 minutes to connect wheels and fill included oil. Fired up immediately. I let it run while I walked to neighbors to hear it. This unit is listed at 64db. It is quieter than my previous 4kw. Neighbor was surprised it was way quieter than his new 5.5kw champion. I'm very pleased.

We Ordered this generator late in the hurricane season and got it two days prior to Irma! I assembled the wheels, put oil and gas in it, and it ran flawlessly for the next ten days. I ran it about half its rated capacity and it ran for 12 hours per tank of gas. I'm changing the oil now and draining the gas so its ready for the next one. Very happy with this purchase, highly recommended! I also recommend a generator transfer switch wired to your house to protect the linemen repairing the grid.
