Bought generator to deal with power outages from New England Winters, Easy to set up. Directions were easy to follow. Gives us the ability to provide power to about 60 percent of our house in a power outage. We shopped the big box stores and found this generator to be a better price for more power and features. Well designed and well built, starts on first try. The electric start is a very nice perk, but pull start is there when you have a dead battery. It is about 30-40% more efficient than the other generator. I had a smaller prior that was half the size and burned more fuel. The model number is the continuous rating. If this followed the nomenclature of the other brands it would be a 9000. I can run half my house with 7500 continuous watts. Overall a great buy and getting ready for hurricane season here in Houston.

I bought this generator to replace a 2400 watt I had and it really does the job! 7500w really handles my house when we lose power. It runs my fridge, furnace, phones, computer and enough lights to function during outages. I like the key fob start, or you can use the toggle on the side of the unit. It came packaged very well and very easy to assemble. You may need another individual to assist putting on the wheels and pads, the gen is quite heavy even without gas and oil. But I found it not too heavy to move around with the supplied handle after assembled. Please read the manual before running the gen! Especially where you have to add the supplied oil they give you prior to operating! This is important for your safety!

At this point all instructions were clear and easy to understand. Only exception was in one of the information papers you made reference to the power plug and the red and were reversed. In the manual all was correct. The unit started as it should and ran well.It was quiet compared to a 5000W that I have. At this point I would recommend for the engineering and the placement of controls..

I bought this based on several websites rating this model as the highest or near highest rating. Also purchased as because of availability - as similar models/smaller models (5000 watt range) - including yours - were out of stock or had months lead time. Plus is pushbutton and remote start. Anticipate a quality product when required to use - backup power. Provided 4 star rating - as had to not use generator yet - if performs well I would give higher rating. One recommendation - I would think you would provide a power cord with this cost of purchase.

I bought this during a storm in NH that left me without power for 5 days. I NEVER want to be caught like that again. So happy with this product and the workmanship. Shipped right to my house, very easy to set up (requires electrician for transfer switch) now I have piece of mind

Generator is quiet for its size, a little heavy to load in and out of a truck by ones self, but it rolls easily, starts easily and is fairly quiet for its size. I was able to run my entire 1600sq ft home on it by just turning off the AC, when I needed the water heater or the stove.

I purchased my generator 4 months ago and found that I am glad I did. Our area in Tennessee had some ice/snow storms and it was just the thing to keep us going through 5 days of power outage at our home in February 2021. I did find that I overlooked one thing during the start procedure. The battery cable comes with a disconnect that has to be connected together before it will start. I should have noticed this because it is obvious when you look at the battery cable, but I did not find this step in the instructions so I missed it on my first attempt to start. After I connected the cable together, it was smooth sailing...it started right up and ran for a long time with over 12 hours run time with 5 gallons in the tank. I recommend this product.

We purchased this generator to use as out main backup for whole house with a direct connect to panel. We have a family member that need medical equipment use with power. The generator is so easy for me who is (73 years old) to set up and start. This is such a welcome piece of mind.

We bought this in January, and have not had the chance to use it yet but it has run good on our test runs! It is a huge peace of mind to have this incase we need it! We did need an electrician friend to hook it up to our house. We did choose to purchase the power cord to hook it up as well as it did not come with that.
