I love this generator. It has all the power I need to run our 30 ft RV with AC and everything else working. The electric start is a life saver after using a pull start that will wear you down. I would give 5 stars except I'm having problems starting now. I think it's carburetor because I forgot to drain the gas, my fault. Be sure to drain gas when not in use…

I live in a flood prone area and I purchased this unit for a backup for my sump pump.I have started it using electric start button and remote. Also tested the alternator using a table saw and am very pleased. I plan to install a transfer kit to power entire house and am very confident in the performance of this unit.

Gift from our son. Bought for our house for emergencies. We haven't had to use it for that, but our other son is a welder and used our generator all day for welding repairs and said it held up as well, if not better than the generators they are using on the job site.

We bought gen. for use in case of fl. storms. Never had one before so we were true virgins in the whole process. After looking and reading up on several gens. we decided on the WGen 7500. I was surprised as to how easy it was to setup and use. "great instructions". Have only used for tests thus far but it powers everything in our home except central a/c unit. I purchased the WGEN7500 as a replacement for my current generator. It arrived on time with a few scuffs on the box. The only damage when I opened it was the bracket with the serial number was slightly bent. That does not affect operation so I am still on the fence if I want to go to the trouble of asking for a replacement. After filling with oil and gas the generator started first try. My wife will love the remote start option so she can fire it up in the middle of the night when the power is out and warm up the house/cool down the refrigerator. The product seems to be of good quality but only time will tell. I only need it for emergency power so I won't be putting a lot of hours on it. So far so good.

I had a few minor problems setting up the unit. but I was able to figure it out and got it started. I has a licensed electrician install a transfer switch and tested the unit. It was able to power my furnace, fridge, tv, several small appliance and lights. Hopefully I never need to use it, but I'm ready for an extended power outage.

This generator has everything I want PLUS on board batter charging so its ready when you are... It comes with a plug you connect to your generator and the unit charges the battery. Now I don't have to bother with charging the battery on a tender. Looking forward to putting it through its paces. Good looking unit as well.

Bought this generator after the hurricane passed thru here in georgia- mounted the wheels, mounted the shock pads, and then connected it to my home distribution panel- worked right out of the box, love the remote start/stop and the additional safety features such as gfci 120 circuits, and also the standardized L14-30R outlet made it easy to get the cable for it to plug into.

Bought one for my parents about two weeks ago. So impressed I bought one for myself, delivered in 3 days! Package arrived intact. Can't wait to use it. The features, quality and price was right. Never thought I would be buying another, but I'm sold on them so far, nice units.

This generator is a beast!it's great looking on the outside-the black and blue finish is very pretty and at night with the different lights lit it's a winner-very easy to assemble wheelkit and it was great to actually get an oil funnel,oil,and various tools as well as a battery charger and user manual push button start works great and the remote key fob is a cool bonus this unit is quieter than my old generator which was half the power so far good gas mileage manual informative and easy to understand altogether a 5 star item!I love it!
