Easy start!

We bought our generator so we will be prepared for the next power outage. When we went to start it, we were astonished how easily it started. As senior citizens, this was very important to us. We're not wishing for loss of power, but now we are ready!

Easy to use!

I bought this generator just in case I ever lose power to my house. I hope I never have to use it but it is really easy to use. I took it out of the box. Installed the wheels. Filled it up with oil & gas and it started right up with the remote starter. So far so good!

A good priced reliable generator quickly delivered

I recently bought the WGen7500 and was amazed how fast it was shipped (especially given the current supply chain issues the USA is having). The generator was well packaged, instruction manual was simple and straight forward. The generator started right up and has been working flawlessly. A great buy.

Excellent feature set for the price

Worked well right out of the box. Excellent setup instructions were included. 3 year warranty is 3 times as long as comparable offerings from other manufacturers. I also have one of their small inverter generators for camping. It's been very reliable for several years.

Best Portable Generator I've Ever Owned

Bought this 3 years ago after my old Honeywell died. Love the features...specially the auto choke & start using the key fob. During outages, I can run pretty much everything in my house except the furnace using this plugged into the Reliance brand transfer switch panel I had installed in my house by a professional electrician. Awesome.

Solid Power, Solid Machine

I've never owned a generator before so I wasn't sure what I was in for. I originally was going to save some money and head to the local cheap hardware store for a similar model. Because they kept selling out of them, I looked online and found the Westinghouse WGen7500. I'm glad I ordered this one. The build quality is impressive as is the control panel layout and the professional-looking paint job. Everything seemed like it was quality as I attached the wheels and legs to the frame. Here's the thing: with shipping and a wheel kit, the model I originally looked at is the same price as this Westinghouse. The WGen7500 is definitely a better machine. This baby can power a cabin or several appliances at a moment's notice. All I did was fill the engine with oil and a little gas. The generator started right up. It has a push-button electric start and a remote start/stop fob as well. Run time is approximately 11 hours with a 50% power load. The fuel tank is 6.6-gallons and the fuel economy is good enough considering it's a 420cc 4-stroke engine. This engine also features an automatic shut down sensor in case of a low oil situation. The steel tube frame with added reinforcement around the fuel tank is a nice touch.

Looking forward to using it.

I bought this generator due to an increase in power outages and because our house is the last house on the electrical line. We've been experiencing outages a couple times a year where they last longer than a day. Most recently we lost power for 3 days in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. I bought a transfer switch too so I can safely rely on my generator for power when the utility goes out.

Nice!

A friend of mine purchased this exact unit a year ago after researching various generator manufacturers. He has nothing but praise for Westinghouse quality and features so I purchased one too. I am glad I did because it is packed with features and is built with quality in mind.

Best Gasoline Powered Electric Generator

I bought this generator right after we went without electric power off and on for 4 days during the Texas winter storm. Has a battery to self start the generator. It will try three times before giving up. Also has a remote start fob which will allow you to start the generator from as far away as 109 yards. You can also start it by pull rope if you want the exercise. Comes with a quart of 10W30 motor oil and a fill funnel. Manual is well written and easy to read and understand with good illustrations.
