Followed the detailed instructions. Everything worked out perfectly. I only have a few hours running but it ran beautifully. I am impressed so far. Only downfall is you have a remote start but can't start the generator with items plugged in. It kind of defeats the purpose. There should be a delay and auto load procedure.

Bought this WGen7500 at Christmas time to run our well pump because our old generator was too old to work. This Generator works great, easy to assemble, great instructions and nice power output. We had an electrician put in a new electric box for our well pump to work with the new generator plug and it all works great. Wish we had gotten this years ago!

I officially upgraded from a 2500 W generator built in 1801 (not really but looks like it). Im an electrician and i've been researching generators for months now. I live in a smaller house that loses power 4-7times a year average. This is overrkill, im a firm believer of, i would rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. zero knowledge of generator start up and all that, this cranked on first try. zero issues. did a quick test to see what it could hold, and besides my AC and range, it didnt even hiccup. VERY satisfied customer. spend the money. You get what you pay for.

I am very impressed by the build quality of this generator and by the range of features, especially the electric start (including remote start option). The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, so setting up the generator and firing it up were very straightforward. I use it as a back-up in the event of power outages, and it is more than powerful enough for this purpose.

I live in hurricane central (MS gulf coast) so I need a generator that I can not only count on but one that's easy to start. After doing research, I went with this generator because of features and the brand name. Westinghouse is a name that I've grown up with and trust. In addition to the standard pull rope, this unit has an push button starting option and I like the fact that it has a low oil level shutdown safety in case the oil level drops to an unsafe level.

I purchased this before winter and don't have any regrets. we lose power about once a month but rarely for more than a day. This is the perfect size and outputs for me. The electric start quit working after a couple of months but the pull start works real quick every time. It puts out plenty of power to keep my two freezers cold and my internet working. The gas tank is large enough to last throughout the night without any concerns.

Although I hadn't the need to use it yet, I loved the packaging and the instructions in setting it up is seamless. Can't wait to use the remote start feature. I feel good having a trusted generator product in my garage for any loss of power emergencies. Here in Central Florida we get lots of lightening storms as well as hurricanes.

I bought this when when we lost electrical power to the house. We used it to run 2 refrigerators, several lights, microwave, and toster oven. We plan to instal a relay switch to the house electric panel to also run a well and furance. Only negitivies: It's very loud. However, most generators are except for the inverter style. And it's very heavy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to power lots of items, but maybe a smaller unit for those only wanting to power a few small items.

We bought this last week because we thought we would need to use it in the snow storm we got, but didn't need to. Although we haven't used it yet, it is very sturdy, although heavy, but that is to be expected. The fuel tank is very big which we like a lot. Very thankful to have this product, having power is worth the money.

Easy to set up, east to maintain, and easy to start. Pushbutton and remote start both work great and the included wheels/handles make it easy to move around without killing my back. We feel more secure knowing that if we get another storm our WGen7500 will be there to keep us up and running.
