New unit was delivered yesterday in a box on a pallet. The assembly required was minimal. Very well built unit. Many reviews of other units always complained about the poor quality of the wheels. These are heavy duty with ball bearing races. Very easy to roll around. Ran out of daylight last night but can't wait to fire it up this weekend.

Came in, unpacked, had it running in under 15 minutes. Not a problem in that process. Only flaw I found was instructions say to connect the negative battery post to ground, but it turns out the positive battery post was also disconnected. Only flaw. I wired it myself, using an interlock for my square-D load center. Also bought a panel with two watt meters for the two power legs so that I could see what we were connecting. Easily runs two furnaces for heating, plenty of lights, and outlets for network, AT&T u-verse, 3 TVs and our side-by-side refrigerator freezer. And can also use 1 or 2 stove top elements if needed. Glad to say these 24 hour power outages will no longer cause us headaches. Highly recommend this thing, particularly when comparing prices vs functionality.

I have searched this generator for about three weeks. Watched a few videos, And read a bunch of reviews. The best feature is the remote start. I absolutely love it. Comes in handy when it's cold outside. Another feature is electric start quick disconnect, awesome design. When you want to use this generator as a back up for your house, the generator has to be set up for a floating neutral. Westinghouse tells you how to Switch it over to a floating neutral in the owners manual. That's what really sold me to buy this Generator. Another great Feature is the parts list. You don't see that too often. I could go on and on about great features. Thank you, Westinghouse. Which, by the way, is a company that has been around longer than me and I'm 67 years old. The generator is great but I need a cover badly. I think it is really sh------. That this company charges so much for this item but short changes by not providing a cover. This item should be in the crate with the generator as part of the purchase. Everyone needs this item. The company is sh-------. on the public by not offering this as part of the purchase.

Bought this generator to hookup to a transfer switch. I love the battery and key fob start. I also really like that you can charge the battery via the power cord without having to start the generator. Seems very high quality and made of good materials. So glad I purchased!

I ordered on may 17th just got it yesterday on the 28th.Put it together today, instructions were simple and strait forward. start was easy ran great I have only tried the two 120 volt plugs both worked great. I am looking forward to getting 230 volt plug so l can run my compressor. So far so good

We purchased this a month ago and had a question which was answered by customer service immediately. I believe this will be a fantastic generator, it seems well made and runs quietly. We have yet to have to put it to the test but our expectations are high :)

I bought this generator because is one of the top sellers with the best online reviews. I just received it and looks well built. It is powerful, I plan to install a transfer switch to be able to run my lights, plugs around the house. Time will tell about this generator's reliability.

We bought this portable generator in order, mostly, to ensure we'd have heat in the winter during the more and more frequent power outages that occur. Not only will we have that, but a great deal more to keep life going along without the "normal" power we are all so dependent on. After researching generators a lot, I've no doubt we made a great purchase.

Bought this recently and it was a simple set up! Started on the first crank. Charging the battery overnight for a good charge. I like the keyless start option because chances are if your power is out, you won't want to go outside. The only thing I wish they sent along with it is a generator extension cord. Other than that, I love it.
