The customer service and service technician was great though and haven't had any other problem, so figure it was a bad element? I love the sanitize function, especially in this day and age.

I like the variety of setting options, pretty intuitive as it shows how long each option will run, how high the heat will be, etc with the LED lights on the panel. Much wider range of options than previous dryers I've dealt with.

A comfort that appliances such as this item is easy to use yet works even better than thought of. this is the most annoying dryer ever. every adjustment is accompanied by loud sounds. the worst is the laundry done sound. that song is easily 30 seconds long. there is no option to turn it off or lower the volume. it's pure torture. i'm also not happy how it dries. laundry get's bundled up (sheets) and part of it may still be moist, thought it stopped and sensed all is dry. i also don't like that if you changed your mind about an option, like you wanted wrinkle prevent and forgot to push that button, you have to turn the unit off and then on again and turn the dial to the program you want, first. but particularly the sound makes me think twice to ever buy samsung again. what were they thinking?

With 9 preset options, even my youngest can handle the chore. The LED Panel is very well organized and lights up brightly when in use, I appreciate the larger print! Samsung gives you the option for the reminder bells, so you are in control. My favorite feature is hands down the wrinkle prevent option. No one hates ironing more than me and this is a great feature to have. Using the Sanitize option allows me to ensure my clothes are dried and extra fresh/clean and no linger odors remain and I am not afraid to say I have a stinky family. From sports to restaurant work, I need something that will take care of these odors! I actually jump up when it's time to do laundry. I can't wait to use it more!

It's easy to use and very stylish! I like the LED lighting on the dial and display. My favorite setting on this dryer is the normal setting, but you can also set it to many different settings like quick dry etc. It's so easy to use, and it gets the closes dried in a quick time. I recommend this dryer to anyone!

This is the first dryer I have ever had where the dryer is finished before the next load of laundry is washed. My clothes come out wrinkle free and dry. No need to check the load to make sure it doesn’t need more time. We chose to stack our set and it was a breeze to do. The dryer inside is so big is fits a king size comforter with ease. I also love how the dryer lets me know it’s complete by a cute little tune and not the loud buzzer with my old one. No more getting scared to death by a loud buzzing.
