[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work just fine, no complaints from me. Large capacity - much larger than the last dryer we had, and seems to dry clothes quick enough. I like the variety of setting options, pretty intuitive as it shows how long each option will run, how high the heat will be, etc with the LED lights on the panel. Much wider range of options than previous dryers I've dealt with.

I was so happy that I could flip the door because I didn't take into account the direction the door swings open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first ventless dryer. After doing some research the first couple of dryer reviews left me wondering. They always say that close still come out damp. Happy to say, their dryer gets it done. One or two adjustments on the front and it will get your clothes dry. Now I can put the dryer in my preferred location without cutting out a hole to the outside of the house. I have used the SmartThings app for other devices but I have to say that the dryer hooks up to the Wi-Fi seamlessly and the smart things app has plenty of functionality including but not limited to letting me know when the dryer is done on my phone. It also has a reversible door which I have not tested yet but seems like it would come in handy depending on where I relocated in the basement. It does have options for everything you would normally dry. The sense dry seems to work well with towels as well. Had a bunch of towels dried no issues. Hopefully this dryer lasts a long time without any issues. Seems durable.

It really is whisper quiet and I love that it has wrinkle shield, because sometimes I forget that it is on. The location of the control panel is really nice, too, because now my 5 year old likes to help do the laundry, and she can reach it with ease!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November and it broke after two weeks. But Samsung helped us out with a totally brand new one 2 months later, finally. After calling every single day. But before it broke it worked really well and we enjoyed it while it lasted. Hopefully the new one doesn't do the same thing as the last one.

The flexibility that the various settings offer means I can customize the cycle to fit whatever laundry I have. Our old dryer only had 3 settings for the temperature and only worked on timed dry, now I don't have to guess at how long to set the dryer for to get the clothes dry and not running longer than necessary. I love being able to set the desired dryness level for the finished laundry and the wrinkle saver option. There is a light inside that helps make sure I get all the laundry out and am not leaving socks behind.

dryer seems ok - settings are easy enough. the lint catcher is joke. who designed it? you can't empty it easily - you have to dig your finger in and scrape the bottom of the catch and there's a divider in the middle that makes it impossible to empty in one sweep, so you fight the lint out , just bought last week, so i'll be scrapping for a long time. really needs improvement

One complaint is that on NORMAL settings even with the highest dry setting, sometimes the clothes are a bit damp. Now and then it sounds like something is rubbing, may need to call that in under warranty.

Very, very quiet when it runs and can dry almost anything in our house! It even fits our queen sized comforter, something our our dryer could never do! No more trips to the Laundromat for this lady! This dryer has an ample amount of features to choose from, ranging from 5 different heat temperatures and 10 cycles to choose from. WOW! The wrinkle free and quick dry are our favorite! Setup and installation was a breeze! We could not be happier with our purchase! Thanks Samsung!
