The options on the washer/dryer work as described so there is no waste on my electric/gas bill. Would recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer almost 6 months and am really happy with it. The interior size is great for a large load so everything dries. The cycle lights are bright so when you turn the dial it makes it easy to see and choose the cycle you need and the same with the cycle setting lights. When the dryer cycle ends, the dryer makes a pleasant sound - kind of like a tune - not like the intrusive buzzers or high pitch beeps of others. I'm happy with my choice.

The control panel is easy to use, I love that the load finished alarm can be turned off. It has multiple settings that are easy to select.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a brand new Samsung dryer it worked for 3 loads of clothes started giving error code that door was open while it was running and then stopped heating contacted Samsung 3 weeks later still have brand new broken dryer with the same line someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours every time you call

Dries ok with small loads, anything more than socks and underwear and the dryer only gets them to damp at best, nowhere near dry. It is also incredibly noisey, loud mechanical noises as well as chimes that you cannot mute. You can turn off the alarm but not the high pitched horrible song it makes when you switch it on. Annoys me, my wife, the baby and the dogs. Garbage.

It works great, it is sleek and looks good in the space. Although I didn't need to stack this unit I like that I have the option to stack them if needed. Good balance between price and features. I particularly like the lint trap as it seems like it is really easy to clean and prevents lint from dropping down into the machine which down the line will prevent me from having to do extensive cleaning of lint build up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer it is the best dryer out there. It has alot of space for clothes blankets etc. The cycle is very quiet which is wonderful. The led light is very well lit and a great design. The inside light is great to see all the clothes in the dryer. Especially those pesky socks that get lost. It is super simple to operate. The quick dry is perfect to quickly dry a shirt or pants when you are in a hurry. Time dry is perfect when i want to be in control of how much time it takes to dry my clothes. The sanitize option gets rid of any odors and smells that linger and will make sure my dryer is at its best it can be. The melody it makes when its done is so cute and i am getting used to it. My previoys dryer had no sound at all when it was done. The dryer is definitely a eleven out of ten. It exceeds all my expectations and would recommend this to anyone looking for a superb dryer that works great. Every part of this dryer is my favorite.

I did have to have it serviced within the first 100 days, one of the relays was stuck in the open position on the motherboard. The dryer would act like it was going to start but wouldn't fully start, it's just it kick started and did nothing. It worked a few times after unplugging and plugging back in before we were able to have a Samsung tech come out. Honestly very easy process, tech was great and got us taking care of. This is why it's a 4 star rating vs 5 star. No one wants to file a warranty claim after dropping cash like this on appliances. Zero hassle claim which was nice. Everything thing was covered under the first year warranty.

This dryer is by the best dryer I have encountered, the multi settings that are available for this dryers provides a laundry experience unmatched, there are some great settings on the dryer that allows for a drying experience that's unmatched, I currently enjoy the wrinkle prevention feature on the dryer that eliminates the iron when getting my clothes out of the dryer. The best setting on the dryer is the time dry which gives me more range and freedom to dry my clothes without having to monitor closely, I know that my clothes are dry in the right time and temperature with the timed dryer setting!!!
