I thought my wife was pranking me by using cardboard for the breading. I was wrong. She used this. After 10 minutes of me explaining myself I convinced her that other people also mentioned it tasted like salty cardboard.

I purchased this to make chicken parmesan and it was absolutely delicious! The seasoning is fantastic and it's already a little toasted. I used it to bread chicken a few times but I've also used it on mac and cheese for texture. I'll definitely be getting it again!
