It has a strong smell, which is ok but I wouldn't use it and then go out somewhere because of how strong the smell is but it WORKS! I like the gel beads inside the product also. I've also been suffering tendonitis in my wrist and used some of the cream of the impacted area. Very quickly it was numbed out and i was able to go on with the rest of my day without interruption. The only downside it that it doesn't last for longer! However it is not as issue to apply more when it wears off after a couple hours.

I did prefer the smell to others, but it was hard to wash off of my hands completely. My daughter, a high school track runner, also used it on her legs after a brutal workout. She said it did help quite a bit with short term discomfort.
