I used this before my morning workout because I was feeling a little too sore to continue. it worked wonders. It was fast. My back pain went away and I was able to complete my workout with no issues. So when I woke up with bad muscle aches, I applied the product as directed, directly to the site of pain. Less than five minutes later, and in feeling the full effect of the product. The first time I applied the product I thought it might be a little too intense, but it never crossed the line of being unbeatable. Upon second application, everything was great and sweet relief was nice. Plus it smells great, nice menthol that's pleasant to me, but a little too strong for the wife. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a solid variation of the classic icy hot. I have had some hip/knee soreness while exercising lately and this definitely provided some help to keep me going. I did not feel as much heat as I prefer but it was still a solid product.
