All of our products are thoroughly tested during the manufacturing process to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition and wipes may have an unusual smell if the product is past its intended shelf life. Our products go through many quality checks and we try our very best to make sure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. We expect the moisture level to remain the same throughout the entire package and we appreciate your bringing this to our attention. If you haven't tried these already, here are some tips to help keep your wipes moist. If you have a wipes tub, make sure both lids – the main lid and the smaller lid – are closed properly. You'll hear a click when they close. If you have a refill, opened refills should be removed from the wrap and placed in a tub with the lids completely closed. For Pop-Top/travel packs, make sure the flip-top lid is tightly closed. When storing your wipes, be sure to avoid hot and humid conditions as this may cause them to dry out. We don't recommend storing your wipes in a wipes warmer. For best results with refill wipes, store them in the corresponding tub and not another brand's tub (i.e., store Pampers wipes in a Pampers tub).
