We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your wipes. Our wipes go through many quality checks, and we try our very best to make sure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. The main cause of wipes sticking together are changes in temperature and humidity before the pack is even opened. To help prevent this, we would suggest you try storing the wipes packs upside down until you use them. This helps keep the moisture spread evenly throughout the wipes.
