i never had a dog with an gland issues but these work great been getting them for 6 to 8 months i dk what cheaper surgery or $15 a month i will be checking with the vet but these do work great with my dog

Excellent product! It does what it says it does! I buy from Wal-Mart because my dogs do not like the New formula, that excludes the salmon oil.

This is the only product I have found it actually works. My dog is very he produces a lot and this just stops it totally compared to the deck.
