[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when this arrived because my daughter is on summer break and I need to make sure she’s getting all the vitamins that she needs during summer. These are packed with veggies as well as fiber, which is something that I feel all kids need extra in their diet. Before I gave my daughter the vitamins I tried them out myself - and they taste amazing! When I gave her the vitamins to try, she said they tasted very good. I also love that there is the equivalent of 3 cups of kale of fiber that she will be getting each time she takes these. I posted a photo showing the ingredients and everything checks out for me. I love that there’s vegetables that I can make sure she is getting and I love that. It does taste good and is something that I don’t have to fight her about taking.

The packaging and bottle design was informative and to the point. It also came with the amount that was a good value for the price. Though just like many vitamins you can't tell if they are working in you body.

My oldest has digestive issues and these have helped more then their other gummies. The amount of fiber is 3g per to gummies so it’s not a ton but works for us. My child likes the taste and says they are easy to chew.

My 4 year old can have one gummy a day and my 10 year old can have 2 daily. They can be taken with or without food. These are stated to be sourced from premium ingredients, which I really appreciate. Also they are third party tested which means what they say are in them are actually in them! They have a smooth and gummy texture which both my kids like, especially my 4 year old which can be turned off by certain textures. Every 2 gummies have 3 grams of fiber, which is great for their digestion. I love how the vegetable blend is organic consisting of kale, spinach, and broccoli. These are also non-gmo and gluten free. They taste like organic gummies and my 4 year old asks for hers daily. I highly recommend these!

The taste was fine, but there was a little bit of an aftertaste. One of my kids didn't like the taste, while the others did. I don't know that it helped with digestion though. It's certainly worth a try if your child needs a little extra fiber.

The gummy has mixed berry flavor that brings delicious taste. SmartPants Kids fiber and veggies also support regular digestion and bowels movements. My kids asked me everyday for these gummy.
