My kids actually like taking them, which is a win. I love that they’re packed with fiber and veggies like kale and spinach, without any funky taste. They help keep digestion regular and give me peace of mind knowing they’re clean, allergen-free, and tested for safety.

He takes 2 a day and he said they really get your stomach going even when you’re sleeping lol. He recommends them to anyone not just kids.

We are only doing 1 gummy a day to make it last longer. I don't know if it is actually effective but it makes me feel better giving it to my kids!

We have tried everything including other fiber supplements but nothing has worked well and she hated the taste of the supplements. So I wasn’t very optimistic with trying Smarty Pants Kids Digestive Gummies. I’m happy to say she loves them! After taking the first one she wanted another one. Obviously they are not a treat so i explained to her that it’s recommended to start the first week with one a day and then transition to two a day. Goes to show how tasty they are which makes her want to take them. Since starting them she has had more regular bathroom habits and I feel better about her fiber intake. So in all it’s been a win! I would highly recommend these to any parent who struggles to get fiber into their kids diet or has belly troubles due to lack of fiber. These can be given to children 4 years of age and older. My kids are 10 and 4, so these were perfect for us to try. My 4 year old can have one gummy a day and my 10 year old can have 2 daily. They can be taken with or without food. These are stated to be sourced from premium ingredients, which I really appreciate. Also they are third party tested which means what they say are in them are actually in them! They have a smooth and gummy texture which both my kids like, especially my 4 year old which can be turned off by certain textures. Every 2 gummies have 3 grams of fiber, which is great for their digestion. I love how the vegetable blend is organic consisting of kale, spinach, and broccoli. These are also non-gmo and gluten free. They taste like organic gummies and my 4 year old asks for hers daily. I highly recommend these!
