The taste was fine, but there was a little bit of an aftertaste. One of my kids didn't like the taste, while the others did. I don't know that it helped with digestion though. It's certainly worth a try if your child needs a little extra fiber.

Unfortunately the faces my 6 year old made eating one of these gummies (which clearly look like candy) was that they were not good tasting. It comes in a colorful bottle and sealed. I recommend this to any parent or grandparents that is looking for an extra vitamin supplement.

They love the taste, but strawberry flavor is more tasty than the grape. I love that they provide fiber and a blend of veggies like kale, spinach and broccoli. One more thing I appreciate is that there has no artificial ingredients!
