Nice bed for the cost. My wife loves the feel. Wasn't sure how I felt but I sleep very well on it so there you go

I have a tumor at the base of my skull which makes me sleep at an upright position. This bed is extremely comfortable but it sleeps hot.

I love this mattress. Easy to expand I literally did this by myself. Very comfortable and would buy again.

I own this in a king size and bought the queen size for my guest for my guest room. There is no odor issue the package arrived in great shape and set up quite quickly. I would purchase this again.

Too firm for wife who is a side sleeper. However, was just right for me. This I didnt have any back or shoulder pain at all. Wife like the best but hard on her shoulders .

Exceeded my expectations. A LOT thicker than I thought it would be for the price, which is a GOOD thing. Very comfortable. I haven't slept that good in forever. I'd buy this again and recommend it to others.

Hi, I left the mattress for expansion for 2 days now and it shows only 13 in. Will it get to 14 in? Should I leave it without using for few more days? Also, I see deformation on the sides (like a bump on one side with memory foam protruding on the longer sides and suppressed in on the shorter sides). Do not know if this is normal or not.

I was a little hesitant to order this mattress on line and in a box, but we did, and we are so glad we did. There were only about 21 reviews, but all the reviews were 5 star, and we can verify, this is one of the best purchases we have ever made for our home! We are kicking ourselves for not getting this mattress sooner. When I went online, like many of you have, you see mattresses for $2,500 to $5,000 dollars, and wonder how you can get a quality mattress for under $1,000. I think we as consumers are so used to going to a store, and laying on a mattress, (as if 5 minutes or less in a store is going to tell us anything). The days of brick and mortar stores are going extinct, and that is why this mattress is under $1,000. Think about the overhead of the store and the sales rep and the sales manager etc. When we sleep in this bed, it is so comfortable. I sleep at least half the time on my side, and I am 6' 4" and 235 lbs. When I used to sleep on my side, it would push my shoulder up into my neck and be uncomfortable. With the Serta(we bought the 14" for $200 more than the 12", my shoulder sinks into the mattress leaving me unbelievably comfortable. The other thing about buying in a store, we looked at the local Sams Club, we would have had to get it home unfolded, AND pay someone to take away our old mattress. This mattress comes in a box, it does weigh about 100 lbs, and you just cut open the box and the plastic surrounding the mattress, preferably on the frame or boxspring when you open, and it expands in seconds. It was easy to go online and find junk haulers that will haul away your old mattress for $100-$150 dollars. My wife and I find that we are actually having more dreams at night because we are so deeply asleep. You won't regret buying this product, and you save thousands vs the traditional brick and mortar stores.

I was hesitant about purchasing a mattress online however I was beyond happy with my choice! It did take a couple days to recover from being packaged so tightly. Once it did it was the perfect combination of soft and supportive that I needed. I tend to roll in my sleep so it's hard to find a mattress that accommodates all my sleeping positions. This one does it!

This bed is super comfortable. Works perfectly with adjustable base bed frame. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. One reason is after a month it still has an odor. The other reason for 4 stars is how hot the bed gets while sleeping. A cooling pillowtop mattress pad helps with both the odor and heat somewhat.
