So far so good. This day in time mattresses come in a box and you really aren't going to know what the are like. This one is better than the one we had. Sleeping better than what we had. I got a king size, came in a box coiled up. When the outside wrapping was cut it swelled right up. I just hope it holds up. I did have to order sheets with deeper corners. Box weighed 118. So easy to put on the bed. We have it on top of old box springs. Seems pretty firm so far. If you push down on it, it doesn't feel as firm as if you are stretched out on it.

I am very happy with this mattress! I haven't had back or sciatic pain and I'm getting better sleep. I was concerned about a chemical or moldy smell that several reviews had mentioned, but my mattress had no smell at all. It was promptly delivered and easy to set up.

We waited 12 years to get a new mattress. We were thinking about the following brands, Purple, Saatva, Sleep numbers, and the 12" Sam's club foam mattress sold in club. In the end we choose obviously this mattress. We were having aches and pains in our backs when we would wake up. All off that is gone with this new mattress. Setup was a breeze just take it out of the box, cut open the bag, and unroll plastic wrap. We left it in the living room for awhile and let it fully expand. No problems so far. We are both side sleepers and at first we noticed that we wanted to sleep on our backs, but now we do both. It is advertised as cooling or cooler, but with a mattress protector, fitted, and flat sheet on it we really don't feel it. Maybe if we had less on it we might feel it more. In our opinions I would not waste your time with the 12" version. We happened to catch this mattress on one of Sam's one day sales for 599.99, definitely worth it.

After some health issues, I decided to purchase this bed because it seemed like it might be more gentle on my joints. I was leery to purchase the bed online, especially after some reviews said the bed is hard or if you are a certain size you don't sink in. I'm SO glad I ordered anyway!! This mattress was a little hard the first few nights but it has completely softened up. I'm sleeping better and I have less joint pain. I absolutely love this bed and I'm so glad I purchased it. I'm about 125 lbs and it is plenty soft for me— I sink right in, but it has plenty of support!

I ordered and received the Serta SleepToGo 14" Gel Memory Foam Luxury California King Mattress aboutva month ago from Sam's Club. I was iffy about purchasing a mattress online without actually being able to personally test out the quality and feel of it, I read over several different reviews and most were very positive for this mattress. And I want to say I really appreciate their input. For I really love this mattress, I think it's a medium/ firm mattress and very comfortable. It has the cooling feature which I can't see but I sure feel the effects of it. I usually get hot while sleeping and have to throw the covers off, but since sleeping on this mattress I have not once had that issue. Ive been getting very comfortable nights of sleep since purchasing this mattress. It comes compressed in a box. After putting it on the bed frame, where we wanted it to be, we removed the plastic wrapping and it quickly expanded and was ready to sleep on within an hour. I definitely recommend this mattress.

This was a great purchase during a sale. Mattress was as expected. I purchased online without seeing in person, or knowing how it would feel. I have only ever had coil-type mattresses so was not sure if I would like the memory foam. Only two points on negative side. The chemical smell was a bit overwhelming for about 12 hrs. And the heat retention is pretty high. Turning up the fan helps, and maybe the heat retention will be a good thing in Winter. Comfort level is way off the chart, like laying on a cloud, if a cloud could support a person. There is very little disturbance if a sleepmate is moving around. If you are looking for bounce, this mattress has none of that. It is on the firm side with a plush-cushion feel. If you want support without binding, and to be able to turn over without causing bounce, then buy it. Joint & back pain has been reduced for me as well. I am a side sleeper usually, but I keep waking up on my back. That is probably a good thing. Shipping was fast even during Covid19. Box was fairly heavy, but walked and scooted it around to where I could get it onto boxsprings. I was able to get mattress out and "inflated" in a matter of minutes by myself. I first watched videos online to know what to do/expect. Time will tell how well it holds up but I suspect it will easily last the 10 years that most mattresses do.

I've had spring mattresses that didn't last and I orderd a 6" queen memory foam matteress to go in my camper. I was happy with it so when it came time to replace my mattress in the house I went with this one. Very happy with the feel and comfort. I'm a big guy so it is nice that my wife doesn't move or get woken up when I get out of bed. No more squeaky springs for me.

I wish we would have been able too purchase in store- I would only purchase the 14 inch which turned out to be 13 1/2 even after 3 full days of resting in spare room with no one on it, I wanted the thickness as I'm guessing it might sag. We've only been sleeping on it for 2 weeks so far so good.

The bed expanded to 12.5 inches after leaving it for an entire week to expand. It was immediately 12 inches on one side and 11.25 inches on the other corner and looked odd, but the oddness has disappeared. It is a very soft bed if you sit on it, but laying down is very comfortable, and you don't sink into it at all laying down.

If you are looking for extra, extra, extra firm this is the mattress for you. Leaves my neck, shoulders and back stiff and sore. I am a side sleeper. My husband is a back/side sleeper and he finds it fine if he stays on his back but if he sleeps on his side he wakes sore. We have slept on it since December 28th. It will be returned.
