I've had this mattress for about five months now. I have a very bad and noticed that I wasn't sleeping well anymore on my mattress. My husband also started having back issues which he never had before. We decided to purchase a new mattress, and decided on this one. We could not be happier. We are both getting excellent sleep now. No more waking up hurting. I do want to warn you that due to it being a memory foam mattress there are no sides, so you tend to slide out the bed, or if you're sitting on the edge you might slide down. Just be sure to climb all the way up into the bed. Takes getting use to, but definitely not a deal breaker for us. It stays cool all night, and does not smell as I've seen some say about other memory foam beds. I suggest to also invest in some quality sheets. This mattress is high, so a set of deep sheets are required. Overall this is an amazing mattress sold at a very good price point. And we couldn't be more pleased with it.

I chose this mattress based on reviews placed by back pain sufferers. I can find NO warranty information anywhere. My mattress never fully inflated. My back pain is WORSE. I didn't mind the price because I believed this product would be high quality and would help relieve my back pain. Now I'm stuck with an expensive mattress that did not live up to its reputation, and I'm sleeping worse than before I bought it.

The Serta SleepToGo 14" Gel Memory Foam Luxury Mattress is not the same as the thinner beds in its same collection. Its way softer and sinks. My back for me and my wife hurts after spending any amount of time on it. Ironically we purchased at the exact same time the 12" and 10" models for our kids rooms. I've tried out their beds and its entirely different. I sleep well and without pain. They are firm but with some give. So looking to return this 14" model to get the 12" one. I guess upgrading to then best isn't always the best.

Great Mattress!

We purchased this in April 2021, didn't receive until May. Before our spring mattress was springing everywhere, initially we honestly thought this to be a pretty good mattress. Move forward 4 months, we began to ache. Tried turning, which seemed to improve for a couple of days. Short lived, since we've tried placing a topper, flipping every which way nothing works. We're miserable!! Waking in pain everyday. The sides collapse when sitting. I would love to return for a product that'll actually last on my adjustable bed. If you suffer from skeletal, neurological or any pain this is not the one for you.
