Very good. Nice exterior. Works fast, easy to clean. Only problem. Hard to see water level. But best pot I ever had.

Unit works as expected. The cord setup allows you tuck away additional cord. Finish lends itself to always looking clean sans fingerprints.

Previously I had the similar model with temperature options and beeping noises. I like this one better.

Something i didn't know i was needing until i got it! Love, love love this product. I use it 4 -6 times a day to make tea.

Unfortunately the previous model owned with various Temp settings broke. The top no longer functioned. This was a replacement.

Love my teapot but after 10 years It no longer shuts off when It reaches a temperature. It just keeps boiling. I unplugged it and tried to reset it but no change. Is the thermostat in the pot? So i don't need the heating element just a new pot?
