Excellent for the use on my Crowder. Great flavor once cooked. Very long use by date. Will use again if needed.

Great taste

Was a little disappointed at the size of the 'lumps". Was using the meat to make Maryland Crab Cakes and like to see some big lumps in the cakes. The meat was very good and I was surprised at the lack of shell bits, both of which were a plus.
