Definitely a step down from your previous supplier.

crabmeat is average. I recommend for soups or other recipes, but not for crab cakes.

Absolutely no lumps. Stringy shreds with lots of meal. Fishy smell and taste. Will not buy again.

Combining both cans with my additional ingredients yielded approximately 26 crab cakes. The fried crab cakes were delightful, evoking cherished childhood memories. I intend to purchase them again.
