I was so tired of buying ice. This ice machine is great. love the ice. Will give 5 stars.

This ice maker supplies us with more than enough ice. It is on 24 hours a day

I like the shape of the ice and it makes more ice than my last ice maker.

I love it. Wish the hopper was bigger.

The pictures had me thinking it was all black but it wasn't the case

freezes up; ice does not separate easily; am returning :-(

It makes ice but I've started getting ice build up in the shut off valve and gets I've built up

Works good, takes time. picture is deceiving. can't leave the ice in the machine or it will melt
