It worked for 4 days and then the water pump started making an incredibly loud buzzing, whining sound that just kept getting louder and louder until I unplugged it and put it back in the box to return it.

We let this sit upright for 24 hours as some reviews suggested and it worked GREAT from the get-go. Makes 18 clear cubes every 8 minutes or so. We will try it out this weekend with 20 guests.

It works pretty well but the box was damaged in store and it was the only one left. I brought it up to the worker and I still ended up paying full price. If the ice doesn’t break apart I recommend lowering the time.

At 6 months old water pump started having problems at 8 months old the screeching is really bad,i have 3 months on 1 year warranty,plus 3 year extended an csnt use either,because it eas online order i have no receipt do they cant help us.

This machine is easy to use and produces plenty of ice. This is used in an office setting and it produces more than enough ice for all of us. I highly recommend.

Great ice maker however I had this shipped and the lid was damaged during shipping or perhaps the product was already defective. Upsetting you pay $183 to get cosmetic damage.

I have only had this for one week but so far, this is an amazing ice maker. It would make enough ice for a large family.

Ice maker is compact enough to place in your kitchen counter or credenza while hosting your party. it is easy to operate.

I like the ice that is made. But it doesn’t preserve the ice. It will keep going until eyes melts and will remake. Too much electric to use
