We pride ourselves on our high quality standards and regret that our product didn’t live up to your expectations. <br />TIP: for firmer larger ice cubes - use colder water. Remove the ice storage basket for the first couple of batches of ice and allow the ice produced to fall into the water reservoir which will chill the water.
