Wore out the old one had for 5 years. New unit makes great clear cubes. I use bottled water so cubes have a fresh clean taste not the chlorine taste if tap water. Delivery was 2 days after promised date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this ice maker. It makes plenty of ice and the solid cubes last longer than the typical cubes made by most ice makers. You do have to break the sheet of ice up though. Not a big deal.

I think this is a fantastic item for the cost. Makes a lot of ice in very little time. Only down side is you have to put the water in yourself. Would be great if it came with a input to connect a water source.

We have used this ice maker for 9 months now with no issues. It’s easy to use and clean up. My husband uses it often. He stores the cubes in ziplock bags in the deep freezer. We use bottled water in this machine. There’s always enough ice.

It takes several hours to make a pound of ice. You have to empty the ice holder tray often. A lot of work for the price. A little pricey. The device is heavy. But, it does work.

very quiet except when ice dumps. its a little loud and unexpected and scares me. takes a bit to get going but where i was making ice daily with the bullet machines, i am only making it every 2-3 days with this one. very happy!!

Makes "clear ice" quickly, every 20/25 mins, a batch comes out. Not too big, not too noisy. Great for parties, after shopping around this seems to be very nicely priced for what it does and how quickly it does it.

I just have it over a week, works great, ice clarity about 90%, starts making ice in 20 mnts, in kitchen not much noise, small blocks of ice but easy to break.
