Nice little machine, makes ice very fast. The only thing is that it will take a bit of space in your countertop. Over all very pleased with the purchase and the ability to have ice in minutes.

I paid full price but received a unit that was pre-owned! I wondered when I opened the box why it looked re-taped but when I looked inside I quickly found out! Looking to return this items maybe someone else will receive it soon.

Makes an amazing amount of clear solid cubes. The only problem is that the cubes stick together in sheets so you need to bag them and break them apart. I think I have about 3 gallon bags filled in my downstairs freezer.

Makes "clear ice" quickly, every 20/25 mins, a batch comes out. Not too big, not too noisy. Great for parties, after shopping around this seems to be very nicely priced for what it does and how quickly it does it.

I really love this ice maker! The only improvement I would like to see is to make it so the ice breaks apart easier. Its WAY better than the hollow bullet style ice maker that I used to have.

I bought this as a gift. But I have bought it before. It's great makes plenty of ice and it's actually cheaper than the replacing the ice maker in the refrigerator. I would totally recommend it to anyone.

Make’s quality ice fairly quick, was a great buy considering the part to fix my ice maker on Whirlpool was roughly, 1.5 times more expensive. Should have bought it sooner, no more buying ice or trying to fix ice maker. Totally Recommend

quit working on 3rd day of use. returning today. Giving error 2 which is sensor is not working. It started making a loud noise when on. And the refrigeration stop workingand the ice melted.

I just have it over a week, works great, ice clarity about 90%, starts making ice in 20 mnts, in kitchen not much noise, small blocks of ice but easy to break.
