My new doorbell works great. It took me about 20 minutes to install it and get it set up on the app. It does exactly what I wanted to do notifying me when there’s any motion and alerting me if there is someone at the door, ringing the doorbell. And also highlights of packages are left on your doorstep. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and everything works very nicely.

I love the camera. The features are superior to Ring doorbell, which I just replaced. I’m just disappointed with how fast the battery is draining. I hope Eufy comes up with a firmware update to fix this issue. I’ve read online that some people are experiencing the same.

The Eufy app was just as easy for a quick setup. After charging the battery overnight we were up and running in 20-30 minutes. You can change your settings to your preference for things like notifications and visual sensitivity. The picture was clear and the Live did not lag, we have our setup via battery/wifi.

Installed myself after replacing the doorbell transformer so it gets 24v DC. Everything is working great. The only hiccup is the app which flips out on my tablet trying to get the screen orientation right when live-viewing the doorbell, I’m sure Eufy will get that fixed/smoothed out. We have many Eufy security devices and overall are very happy with them.
