[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the the Always thin size 4 in exchange for my honest opinion. These are bulkier than expected and are hard to get to stay in place. They are very long. Almost to the point where they are at both ends of your panties. I'm not sure if this is the intention, but it makes for a very awkward experience when trying to remove and replace a new one. If you don't get perfectly centered the first time, the pad will bunch up and get off center. Not an ideal experience.

I'm almost 40. I've had a period for 26 years, I feel I've known the good, the bad, the ugly. It's long, no ruined underwear at night. It's thin, no pain or soreness after wearing it for days. It's QUIET. Unlike that foam thing Always is pushing this one is actually quiet. It's absorbent, I had an ectopic pregnancy, like a miscarriage (or after childbirth)you bleed a lot for weeks. This did the job. I LOVE these pads.

Great absorbency, the flexibility is awesome, never have to worry about slips as the sticky is good yet delicate. Great quality, I will definitely continue to use Always brand pads. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads were very comfortable. They did not feel thick or bulky. I think they did a decent job of keeping me clean and dry. Where they failed however, was keeping the pad in place. After a few hours, I found that the adhesive wore off and the back portion of the pad kept bunching up in a ball. Because of the bunching, I had a few stains on my bed, which is something I haven't had since I was a teenager. I think if the adhesive had stayed in place though, these would have provided good overnight protection. Because the pad was really comfortable, I would be willing to try it again if the adhesive issue is fixed.

I've always had a heavy flow so I wear ultra thin #5 overnights with wings even in the daytime. Today, i went to use the restroom after only 1 hour of wearing one and it has leaked over both sides, staining 3 layers of clothing! I'm very disappointed in the lack of absorbency; the wings didn't even offer protection. My flow isn't overly heavy today nor is my activity level shifting my clothing. These are nowhere near the "up to 100% leak free."

No one likes to discuss pads when discussing period products. They’re outdated, feel like a diaper, and overall can just feel gross. However sometimes they are necessary, and ultimately it’s down to preference. Some people absolutely love them, some can’t stand them. I’m on the fence- at night, these are needed. I don’t like to use tampons for an extended period of time, so these are a godsend. Simple product, consistent results. I love it.
