The adhesive strips on the wings are secure and help hold the structure of the pad in place. The sleeve that has the pad in it also wraps around the used ones to help with disposing.

Everything about Always ultra-thin overnight pads is awesome. before trying these, I really wasn't sure what kind of pad I was looking for, but I know now. I have found it! The way the pads are designed, it literally sucks up the liquid and keeps you really dry. The wings are super protection from leakage, and it does its job amazing. The fit is even more amazing, after putting on pad and you get moving or settled, they just adjust to you. I can wear these pads during the day. always can handle it, lol. Overall amazing dryness and protection from leakage. I highly recommend!!

They are very comfortable to wear and they fit my underwear perfectly. I also like that there made so thin that it makes you feel like you are not wearing one at all. I was so amazed at how much they absurbed through out the night. I also love the wings on these pads. They allow the pads to stay in place throughout the night so you have no worries about leaking during the night. I am very happy with how comfortable and well working these pads are. There definitely a great product to use for overnight protection.

I remember being very sceptical about these pads about ten years ago because they are so thin but I’m so happy i tried it because it is my staple. I have a very heavy flow and I never leak with these pads. Great value, will continue to purchase and recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings (unscented) work very well for overnight heavy flow or some bladder leakage, they are super absorbent and stick really good to an undergarment. They are soft and stay in place.

These are the only pads I ever purchase! They give me the security and confidence that I won’t have a leak and are comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time before changing them. I also like how thin they are because they are less noticeable.

They are large enough not to feel like you are wearing a diaper. Super soft and comfortable to move around in. These are definitely worth purchasing!
