I liked that they were thin but they didn’t hold as well as I thought they would. I ended up having to use two side by side so they’re not really for those with a heavy flow.

I’ve used Always overnight pads for years because of the extra protection and I noticed this newest batch was different right off the bat. I believe they are using less material and they changed the description that used to say “up to 10 hrs protection” to “up to 100% leak free comfort”. So they are not leak proof, and not even close. I can’t wear them for longer than 2-3 hrs without leaking through clothes, my car, and mattress. I’m up now at 5 am trying to save my mattress after lining it with towels to prevent a leak. Defeats the purpose of overnight pads. Really disappointed.

I know that when I use Always Pads With Wings that I don't have to worry about accidents or ruining a pair of panties. Even though they are thin, they are very absorbent. I love the wings which gives me the extra protection I need, especially at night. Comfortable to wear, and absorb well. I would indeed recommend.

The wings are added protection and they are comfortable to wear. The absorbency is great. Always products never disappoint.

They did pretty good job absorbing the flow and they also have the wings. Usually I do not like the wings but these had good adhesive and stayed in place.

They are really absorbent and last a long time. They trap any spillage or overflow. They are easy to pack around with you and easy to conceal.

It keeps me clean and accident free in emergencies when a bathroom break is not an optiom. I love these so much I have told my coworkers in white what a savior they are. I'm a customer for life.

They are thin enough that you don't feel like you are wearing a diaper. I still prefer to use tampons at night, but they are a good option to use instead. Or as a backup if you have a heavy flow.

Since I have got older my periods have become very heavy. Even at night. I love the Always Overnight pads because length and the wings protect my panties and there are no mess or stains. While being Ultra Thin they are super absorbent and do not leak. I like how they are thin and it does not feel like a diaper, and they stick where they are supposed to stick. Overall, this is a great product. It offers max absorbency and protects my panties and bedsheets from overnight leakage.
